We stayed at the Hotel Baia di Talamone for only one night, but it was great and we definitely will come back again. When I booked this hotel, I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was a big surprise.||The hotel is located directly in front of the harbor. The receptionist came out of the hotel to welcome us and tell us (in very good english), where to park our car (the hotels own car park is right around the corner). The check in was quick and easy. Then the surprise. Our room was more like a junior suite, a separate bedroom and a living room with a great balcony. The bathroom was standard, with a shower. The whole room was very clean and well furnished. I liked it instantly.||The hotel has a little bar with a terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the view over the harbor, the sea and the little town of Talamone. The receptionist gave us some informations about the beach an how to go there. Very friendly! The beach is great! And Talamone worth a visit.||The beds were very comfortable. We slept very good. The breakfast was an italian breakfast. Coffee, croissants, yogurt and fresh fruits. The tea was horrible, but you can't expect good tea in Italy.||All in all, I can say it's a great hotel for beach holidays in Talamone. We will come back next year for a...
Read moreAn all inclusive resort with great surroundings and choice of activities. Very family friendly and spacious and clean rooms. We are not too keen on eating buffets or in the same restaurant every night so be aware that there are few options other than the main buffet plus 2 other smaller restaurants on the premises. There is a shuttle bus leaving for Alghero 3 times a day (16 km/20 mins and nearest option for other restaurants) unless you hire a car. Alghero itself is a nice town, especially the old city with shopping and several restaurants. For families with smaller children the hotel is great. The private beach is very nice, clear water and shallow...

It was delicious and there were plenty of offerings from the fruits and yogurts to the pastries and breakfast meats. ||||The furniture in the room was beach-y and the room came with a kitchenette and balcony porch. ||||We walked to town and the beach from this location and it was just right. We definitely recommend this charming hotel in the heart of the wind/kite surfing village...
