Joker Pizzeria&Bisteccheria Talamone — Restaurant in Orbetello

Very good experience, they had a table for us without reservation (we came early) and offered a highchair for the little one. Service was prompt and friendly, the grilled vegetables where good (although I don't care much about the eggplant, it was a little dry), the zucchini tasted very good and still had a good byte to it. The pizza was very good, thin crust, a lot of toppings (but not too much) and everything tasted fresh and of high quality. They asked if my daughter (4 years old) wants to have a smaller pizza which was well appreciated. Her pizza even had some nice decoration on it, which she really loved. Compliments to the pizzaiola!

All of that paired with a great location right in the middle of the city and competitive prices.

We really enjoyed our stay there.

Voglio condividere con voi la mia esperienza in questo locale perché penso possa riuscire ad aiutare qualche altro internauta che è solito cercare ristoranti in base alle foto e alle recensioni altrui. Ho chiamato per prenotare in mattinata un paio di settimane fa e al momento di accordarci sull'orario mi è stato cortesemente detto che non ci sarebbero stati problemi nel caso fossi arrivato tra le 19 e le 19.30. Una volta arrivato alla Pizzeria/bisteccheria alle 19.30 il tempo di capire e di essere ascoltati mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto mangiare "velocemente" a causa di una prenotazione abbastanza ingente che avrebbe occupato gran parte dei posti poco dopo. Sfumò così la mia voglia di comprare e mangiare carne a causa del tempo limitato e così, affranto dall' accaduto e ormai seduto al tavolo mi sono visto costretto al dover prendere una pizza che poi si è rivelata di una mediocrità incredibile e con solamente pochissimi pezzetti di mozzarella di bufala economica e non del posto. Al momento del pagamento tra una marinara e una bufalina con coca-cola abbiamo pagato 31 euro e ho dovuto pure pagare un caffè a parte visto che avevano già fatto uno scontrino. Aggiungo inoltre che le foto in rete sono abbastanza forvianti e la delusione una volta arrivati sul posto rispetto a tutti gli altri locali...

As two Canadians who had experienced poor customer service during our travels due to language barriers, the Joker restaurant was extremely kind to us; They even accommodated seating us outside despite those tables being high demand! We know being in a smaller town not knowing much Italian they did not need to be kind but we felt very welcome. Food was AMAZING, drinks as well....
