Had to pay €50 for the owner's mistake

The listing at booking.com was mentioning a free airport shuttle, which was my main reason to stay there. Francesco booked me a shuttle and said I will need to pay €50 for it. With a booking.com screenshot he admitted it was their mistake, and corrected it at booking.com promptly. Still somehow I had to pay €50 for the transfer, which almost doubled my 1-day stay price. This is not an attitude I would expect from an owner correcting their mistake.

I also got scammed by a taxi driver on my way to Partinico, and I do not think there's much to see there anyway. So it does not work even as a pre-departure stay, as I lost €100 in total - extra €50 for onwards taxi scam and additional unexpected €50 for a transfer back to the airport (even if it was not a deliberate false advertisement). I would advice people to stay in Palermo instead, close to a train station. Takes a bit longer, but is scam-proof.

Tout à simplement été parfait!

Tout d'abord, une localisation parfaite en centre ville de Partinico pour un accès pratique à plusieurs commerce de proximité (Boulangerie/bar, restaurant, tabac,...) Aucune difficulté à se garer dans la rue gratuitement.

Deplus, les chambres sont moderne et sont très bien équipée avec un minibar, un grand écran et un climatiseur en cas de forte chaleur. Notre appartement était équipé d'un grand jacuzzi (chauffé à souhait) haut de gamme. ✨ Le petit déjeuner inclus permet d'avoir le choix entre plusieurs boulangeries, très proche et très accueillante.

Enfin, un grand merci à Francesco qui à su être présent très rapidement en cas de besoin tout en restant très discret. Il est l'hôte parfait pour vivre de belles vacances! ❤️ Merci à Rossella qui s'occupe du ménage QUOTIDIEN des chambres pour les ranger et nettoyer comme à votre arrivée tout en restant le plus discrète possible. 🧚‍♂️
