Juniper Bay is no ordinary B&B. It is run by Rossana - a very hospitable, warm and helpful person. She's a person you'll like from the start - as if you've known her all your life. You can easily communicate in English.
Portoscuso is a place for people interested in laying on the beach and those who want to explore or take a walk and find themselves. It is also a paradise for water sports; in a short time you will reach unique kitesurfing spots (I recommend Zena Kite School). In Juniper Bay you will meet a lot of wonderful people who are connected with this place and you wi The apartment is tastefully decorated with lots of handmade juniper wood details. You can spand time in a garden and a spacious living room where you can find books and guides to the area, which is more interesting than it seems. Rossana will accompany you at breakfast, which will be light and typically Italian, but she'll even adjust the menu for picky people on request (don't do it, because it's not worth it). Local carasau bread, croissant, homemade olive oil, yogurt with local fruit and dried fruits, Sardinian saedas or pizzetta sfoglia. I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Rosanna’s charming bed and breakfast in Sardinia. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like family. Every morning started with a delicious, homemade breakfast—seriously, some of the best we had on our trip! She answered the phone and immediately turned our stress into joy by providing a sanction for the night. All the little touches she provides from beautiful embroidered bed linens, chocolates, and high quality bath soaps in a lovely decorated bedroom were so appreciated after a very long trip.
