When I came to this hotel I was utterly shocked because I have two daughters of the age ten and twelve but they are usually on their devices. But when I arrived I was immediately greeted by the director that brought my daughters into this wonderful playroom full of activities like coloring or playing interactive games. But the best part was that the playroom was open until 10 pm and while your children play also while being supervised by extremely kind and gentle animators the adults could relax in the wellness area. Also another thing that suprised me and my daughters the most, was the perfectly designed rooms and the incredible good food served at the breakfast buffet with many different options even for children. What a great place.. all pieces are falling together when you arrive. From the moment you check in till the day you leave , you have the feeling they are taking care of you.. the staff is really engaged, the breakfast is so good, te rooms are cost and well equipped. We were there for skiing, next to our own box for the equipment it was the shuttle service that made the different.. whenever you wanted to leave or come back it was never a problem. Also the wellness was an extra perk, after a day skiing it was great to relax in the sauna. Parking your car and in our case charging the EV all was possible. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and felt like we were at home. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome from Nicola, who was very friendly and gave us an amazing orientation.

The hotel is very good for kids, offering lots of activities to keep them entertained. The presence of nannies everywhere ensured that our children were well taken care of, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay.

Our room was amazing and very clean, with a wonderful view from the balcony that made our mornings and evenings extra special.
