Hotel Reno — Hotel in Ravenna

I had booked 23 rooms at Hotel Reno for the World Dragon Boat Championships September 2014 for my Team from South Australia, for 8 nights. All rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was served early for us on the days we had to leave early. We all enjoyed the assortment of food offered for breakfast. We dined in for dinner as well, and each night we were offered many different meals which we all enjoyed. They even put on a little entertainment for us which we loved.||One of the best things about this Hotel is the Staff. We all, 45 persons, asked many questions and requests and the Staff helped us every time. ||Great location, as 40 steps out of front door and you are at the beach. We had lovely cocktails on the beach. Shopping with beautiful fruit shop, supermarket, restaurants and other shops, easy walking distance.||Yes, bathrooms are small, and some showers are almost over the toilet, but you are only in the bathroom for a little while. A lot of bathrooms are like this in Europe!||No wi-fi in rooms, but downstairs in large lounge reception area, wi-fi was available, and many comfortable chairs or tables to sit at, with a bar available to have a drink while on wif-fi.||Thank you Hotel Reno for making our stay enjoyable, the Team is glad we...

We slept in this hotel as a holiday package in order to visit mirabilandia. We chose this hotel because it's near the beach and in average distance from mirabilandia (not too close and not too far). We made the booking in a short instance, as we don't have plan to stay overnight. So we made the booking from the toll road in our way to reach the place, and we arrived at the hotel about few hours later and the reservations was already available and the room was already prepared. It was very good service, since the receptionist was also surprised because they only received the reservations only few hours earlier. ||We were satisfied with the fact that we can enter our room directly, the beach was literally behind the hotel and the hotel have also their own swimming pool.||The bed was a bit hard (as for one night sleep i can live with it), the room was also clean and enough for me, my husband and my 4 y.o son.||The breakfast was not as big as I imagined but it was enough variety from juices, hot drinks, breads, cereals, (cold) boiled eggs and yoghurts.||Overall the experience was nice and the streets offers variety of restaurants and a game center was also available for the...

La mia esperienza è del tutto positiva in quanto questo era l' obiettivo della nostra vacanza: riposo assoluto!

Ad accoglierci è stata la Sig.ra Roberta,la responsabile,gentile e cordiale, sempre solerte ad accogliere le richieste dei clienti, ma anche a lavorare proprio come tutto il resto del personale nelle attività quotidiane.

Lo staff è davvero eccezionale tutti, ma proprio tutti, gentilissimi ed instancabili, a partire dalle ragazze addette alle pulizie, le stanze sono pulite ed in ordine, ad i camerieri, Mauro è super professionale e simpaticissimo, la dolcissima Michela sempre sorridente, lo straordinario Luigi, il fac totum dell' albergo, il personale della cucina e mi scuso se non ho nominato tutti gli altri!

Ritornando alla struttura noi abbiamo scelto la formula all- inclusive, che comprende colazione a buffet pranzo e cena ( possibilità di mangiare al sacco se non si pranza/ cena in struttura ). Albergo dotato di WiFi, televisione ed aria condizionata in ogni camera.

Personalmente non possiamo lamentarci, menù vario,porzioni abbondanti ( bevande comprese ) in particolare i dolci davvero eccezionali, inoltre sempre ricco buffet in aggiunta alle portate principali ( ci aspetta un bel periodo di dieta! ).La struttura è dotata di piscina dove si svolge quotidianamente acqua Jim ed attività ludiche per i bambini con la favolosa animatrice, forse da rivedere la temperatura dell'acqua che è un po' freddina.

La spiaggia attrezzata, sempre inclusa nel pacchetto, è adiacente all' hotel, si può scegliere tra due stabilimenti, noi abbiamo scelto il Rapanui, bellissimo, quindi comodissimo per chi ha i bambini piccoli o per chi, come noi, vuole essere comodo.

Tra gli eventi organizzati dalla struttura segnalo la cena a tema Romagnola, l' aperitivo di benvenuto in piscina, il dopocena a base di gelato e frutta fresca in piscina.

Alla sera al lido di Savio Village, a 5 minuti dall' albergo, gli animatori intrattengono specialmente i bambini con baby dance, giochi e spettacoli ( noi personalmente non ci siamo mai andati ).

In definitiva posso affermare che la vacanza è stata all' altezza delle aspettative, ma ripeto, per le esigenze che avevamo noi.

Qualche cosa potrebbe essere migliorata, ad esempio non essendoci il box doccia quando ci si lava si bagna tutto, ma per noi passa in secondo piano quando ci si sente in famiglia e si apprezzano gli sforzi di tutti, soprattutto in periodi non facili come questi a causa del covid, specialmente nel settore del turismo.

Consiglio vivamente, quindi, una struttura a 5 Stelle per chi ha aspettative ed esigenze diverse per il soggiorno.

Grazie a tutti, la nostra intenzione è quella di ritornare l' anno prossimo se potremo.
