Punto Interrogativo — Restaurant in Ravenna

It's very interesting reading the Google reviews, we came exactly because of the good reviews. I would have give 2 Stars, but the Staff is extremely friendly. We had a younger very friendly guy, but he forgot to open our bottles, and here and there made some mistakes, but hey, thats okey, we're all humans. But after that no one came ever back to our table, we kinda felt left alone. After finishing for a long time Dinner finally a blonde waiter noticed us, he was serving all the tables around us but not us... he seemed very friendly but unfortunately he Was never with us, only at the end after dinner. At the end, an older friendly Gentleman came, i think the Chef of the house, and he offered some water for the dog and asked if everything Was fine, we asked for the Bill. The fish platter was weird, the mixed Fried fish tasted like they where Fried in old oil. Anyway, nice place, nice staff, but unfortunately nobody really had an eye on us or took care,...

I must say from the beginning that there was one of the worst pizzas that we ate in Italy, including Germany. Also the service is not professional. The first we waited for someone to come to us, the second is a very long time wait for drinks, the third is 30 minutes of waiting for ordinary pizzas, the fourth is a long time wait for the bill. Finally, +8 euros to the bill as "coperto" for 2 adults and 2 children, including a child of 3 years old. The price of this coperto is not listed in the menu. The only mention of the coperto is somewhere on the wall of the restaurant. Even the manager of this restaurant didn't find this in the menu. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, it leaves me feeling like they want to deceive a client. It's not really good way to...

Had a really bad experince at this resturant.

One of our menys caught on fire. The table was pretty small and the candle was really low with out any protection. Lucky my girlfriend didnt burn herself.

the personal were super nice and Said it was no problems. However the owner come to us after a couples minutes yelling in german? We tried to talk to him, and he wanted 10 euros for the meny and were super rude. The menu where made out of office plastic and paper.
