The residences are very modern, well maintained and in excellent condition. The staff is very friendly and the service is flawless. The residences are located directly in front of the beach in a quiet part, with clearly family beach - only seen three generation families, many children and a very familiar and carefree atmosphere. Although regular visitors to Lido di Savio we never stayed on the beach before. We had 2 apartments, one for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids and we had an apartment for the 2 of us.|Everything was fantastic with all the facilities you could ask for. The staff were always there to chat and give you tips about the area. they arranged taxis to and from Bologna airport and we ourselves had free secure and safe parking in the grounds for our hire car. The apartment is on the beach and very safe access for children. there are numerous beach restaurants along the the area in front of the Residence, one better than the other but think that our favourite is still Kon Tiki a 2 minute walkfrom the apartment.|The views from our familes apartment on top floor were amazing. We had the pleasure of staying at the Residence for 8 days in August.|The building is right on the beachfront, offering a fantastic sea view from the balcony.|The apartment was spotless, with an additional cleaning service provided during the week. It was equipped with everything we needed, including an extra freezer.|There was air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. Beach service was included in the rental price, and there was also an outdoor parking space available.
