Residence 1 Uno Studio & Suites — Hotel in Rimini

(Experience from the beginning of June 2022) We had an unpleasant experience at this place. When we arrived at the place there was no running hot water, the toilet top was missing, the cupboard was not in the best shape as well and the oven was about to fall off from its place. We let them know about the issue and for 2 hours straight they said nothing.

We decided that we leave the place (we booked an other place to stay) nobody said anything. Like 20 minutes later someone was calling me that they give us something else or help us find a new place, which is nice but took them 3 hours after we notified them about the issues.

I would not recommend this place to be fully honest even things might have changed since our planned stay (June of 2022).

Positive side is that they refunded our money and the beach is close...

Einfach nur eckig🤮alles verschmutzt, verschimmelt,verstaubt🤮 Das Sofa kann man nicht Sofa nennen, schon gar nicht ein Schlafsofa. Jalousie kaputt so das wenn die Sonne aufgegangen ist,nicht weiterschlafen konnte. Die Heizung und Waschmaschine total verrostet.Die kleine Küchenzeile alles verschmutzt, fettig einfach nur ecklig. Der Kühlschrank ohne Griff und das alles für soviel Geld was verlangt wurde.Ich rate jeden ab sein Geld dort zu verschwenden oder besser gesagt weg zu...
