Stayed for a week in late June early July in a self-catering studio apartment which was very modern. The room # 105 was clean and tidy and provided everything I needed for my stay. ||||A small kitchen had a microwave, fridge, cooktop, dishes and all the other things needed during my stay. There was enough storage in the room and a nice spacious modern bathroom and a good sized balcony had a glimpse of the sea at the end of the road. As the property was self-catering no daily service was provided and the reception had limited hours and this was the only place where English was a little on the patchy side but we still managed everything we needed.||||The property had a small pool which was refreshing during the heatwave going on when I was there. ||||The only real problem I had during my stay was with the underground garage in particular the door to it which wouldn’t always open and often took 4 or 5 times half opening then closing before opening fully to get in or out and once in like a lot of Italian garages was very tight. ||||Parking was extra but not overly expensive and don’t be tempted to park on the street like the locals do as one afternoon when I got back all the cars parked on the street which was clearly marked as no parking were being towed away and upsetting the locals.||||The property was a short walk to the beach at the end of the street and was not much further to shops and...

Garage in basement kept car unheated, but require reservation. However I suppose, cars size like Audi A8 could have problem to get there. ||||This is good location for a trip to San Marino, Acquario di Cattolica and Mirabilandia.||Apartment good equipped, kitchenette as well. Good working WiFi. Independent air conditioning in both rooms of apartment - just perfect if outside was 37'C or more . Two big enough terraces with table and chairs, just perfect for early morning breakfast and late evening supper, cause in day time there was incredibly hot for me, you know, I'm not accustomed to such temperatures. ||And of course view of San Marino hills and sea, from these terraces. So, what more...
