Mirage — Restaurant in Rimini

Sono della convinzione che si possono leggere tutte le recensioni che si vuole, ma bisogna avere un parere personale e così abbiamo fatto... Nonostante avessimo letto recensioni negative, soprattutto sul servizio, siamo andati lo stesso.... Arriviamo al ristorante senza prenotazione e ci fanno accomodare lo stesso... (Primo punto a favore). Ci fanno accomodare in veranda, (altro punto a favore). Il servizio non rispecchiava affatto alle recensioni fatte da altri...il cameriere forse era stato troppo servizievole. Addirittura ci ha pure aperto le bottiglie dell'acqua.(cosa che non abbiamo avuto da altri ristoranti durante la settimana di vacanza). Siamo stati quasi coccolati, addirittura quando mia moglie ha ordinato una frittura mista, gli è stata chiesta se preferiva con pesce con spina o senza...(Cosa che non abbiamo avuto da altri ristoranti) abbiamo mangiato bene e di conseguenza pagato volentieri quello richiesto e dato alla cassa anche una buona mancia per il ragazzo che ci ha servito tutto il tempo (sperando glielo abbiano data) Volevamo chiudere in bellezza la settimana di vacanza e ci siamo ritornati. Questa volta prenotando. Ci hanno messo sempre ai tavoli fiori ma in altro settore rispetto alla veranda... Accoglienza uguale alla prima volta... Altri camerieri e alla comanda delle bevande, su 4, ne arrivano solo tre. Glielo si fa notare al cameriere che ci ha servito e ci risponde che a lui non risultava la 4ª bevanda. Il che si avvicina a chi ha preso l'ordine che nel frattempo stava chiacchierando forse con clienti conoscenti e si aggrega anche lui alla chiacchierata... Finiscono di chiacchierare e si dileguano. Fermiamo un'altra cameriera ponendo la mancanza e lei controlla il tablet e nota della bevanda mancante... si è comunque mangiato bene e pagato volentieri quello richiesto ma questa volta senza mancia... Non abbiamo ordinato il dolce perché non ci erano piaciuti la prima volta... Ci siamo solo presi tiramisù(buoni) e sorbetti. Mangiare quasi sulla sabbia della spiaggia adiacente e godersi i tramonti è stata una...

Worst food and service try the small restaurants around. Asked if there was an English version of the menu they said no. Then asked if they had the casual salmon pasta with cream they said no but they have a similar version of the pasta with pistachio and stracciatella(cheese). I said okey got the food and the salmon was uncooked and as I asked if I could have something else because I wasn’t even able to swallow the food they got disrespectful. At last I had to discuss (she even went to the boss😓) to get a different dish and had to pay both also the pasta although I just took a bite and had asked in advance if it was really similar to the casual...

We get a table very soon and the service was quick. The menu was available on different languages and there were a lot of different meals we could choose. The fries for the kids were a lot. The pizza was not the best. The bottle of Fanta fall on the ground before we got it (I recognised it ;) ) the waitress solved this not to get a new one for us (and used this one a later time), she opened the bottle some meters ago and of cause it passed over… not very professional at this point. minus for the menu: we got a menu for the wine but the available non-alcoholic drinks were not listed and so we had to guess what was available, the waitress was not very helpful at this point.

—— Wir bekamen sofort einen Tisch und das Service war sehr schnell. Nach dem Bestellen war das Essen auch sehr flott. Die Speisekarte war auf mehrere Sprachen, aber es gab keine Getränkekarte für alkoholfreie Getränke (wir suchten auch die Weinkarte ab), so mussten wir etwas raten was es gab. Das Angebot ist vielseitig und für jedem Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Leider war es dann nicht die leckersten Speisen die wir erhalten haben, Geschmäcker sind verschieden… dann viel der Kellnerin noch unser Fanta ein paar Tische weiter auf dem Boden, statt dass sie sich ein frisches holt, welches nicht übergehen wird, hat sie es dann dort geöffnet, natürlich ging es dann auch über und somit fehlte dann am Ende etwas in der Flasche (nicht sehr professionell, wenn sie es getauscht hätte, wäre es später nicht übergegangen…) gesamt : ja war etwas zu essen und genießbar, aber auch nicht eines der besten Gerichte die ich je...
