Residenza Sol Holiday — Hotel in Rimini

This place is a avoid at all costs. We had prearranged to checkin late at the locations. Upon arrival and speaking Andrea they point blankly refused to come and expected us in the late evening (ten PM) to walk with two kids the 20 mins there and back. Andrea was the most rudest receptionist I have ever come across. And I have been traveling to most places in the world. |We were lucky we found other accommodation and currently getting our deposit back. The location and view were fantastic. The apartment was nice with a pleasant balcony and wonderful view. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Cleanliness was good. The bathroom was a bit of a nuisance, with simply a shower head surrounded by a curtain resulting in a drenched bathroom everytime, and even that shower head was defective at first. Someone came to repair within 10 minutes though, and staff was generally very very helpful. Staff incompetente al massimo! Ragazza del check in che accoglie solamente chiedendo i soldi e mostrando la camera, non informando sui luoghi d'interesse o semplicemente lasciando una mappa, non informando sui vantaggi della spiaggia che siamo venuti a sapere solo grazie alla proprietaria della spiaggia difronte.. non riesce a farci pagare per problemi al pos e ci ha fatto aspettare tutto un pomeriggio e sopratutto si può chiedere a due persone in vacanza di poter fare manutenzione della caldaia nella camera (che potevano fare prima che la camera fosse occupata) e quindi non poterci entrare, con dentro tutte le nostre cose?? Ma tralasciando la loro incompetenza, l'appartamento o per meglio dire camera, che oltre ad essere piccolissima è pure disposta male e la rende ancora più ristretta.. il peggio è la pulizia inesistente in qualunque senso, polvere ovunque, sedie e tavolino da cucina arrugginiti, materasso con macchie scure, muro crepato, uno squarcio nella caldaia, doccia senza rialzo, bidet inutilizzabile, "armadio" composto da un asta attaccata al muro con degli appendi abiti, balcone minuscolo con vista mare, si, ma attaccato ad altri due balconi (facilmente scavalcabili) quindi zero privacy, zero specchi interi, luci che saltano per ore e utensili da cucina tutti unti o macchiati.
