Residence St. Konstantin — Hotel in Salten-Schlern - Salto-Sciliar

So we started on the wrong track as I asked for a quote with breakfast and when we got there they said it is without breakfast and asked 20€ per person for breakfast. After a long trip it was not the news you want but we accepted it. The area is beautiful, it’s cut off from the village in the middle of nowhere surrounded by trees with the mountains in the backdrop . We had a ground floor apartment and it’s the only thing I’d tell you to avoid as you’d get no privacy as it’s surrounded with windows and well you get people walking by lol but it’s not that big a deal as you got curtains . The apartment was really spacious and we got some groceries from the near village and for the price of one morning if breakfast we where nearly set fir all 4 mornings with some wine and beer included . The residence has a beautiful pool which is kept in perfect shape . I was disappointed with the jacuzzi next to the pool as the water was cold… but I was soon answered as we found out there was another spa bath on the lower level next to the spa area and it is absolutely incredible and what a view . The spa is the same as that of a 5 star hotel … seriously . Also 20 min away from the place there is Lake Lie which is a beautiful place for a swim with the Dolomites on the background. All in all we had a great time , the apartment was very clean, the parking is always available, there is a garden where you can get up and enjoy sunrise overlooking the nearby villages , there is the pool which is so good in summer and then there is the spa which is awesome after a day of hiking . Bei einem Aufenthalt an oder auf der Seiser Alm gibt es sicher an vielen Orten die Möglichkeit, ein kleines Vermögen loszuwerden. Wir hatten uns viele Appartments in der Gegend angesehen und für uns festgestellt, dass die Residence St.Konstantin bereits im Vorfeld auch preislich die interessanteste Unterkunft zu sein scheint. In diesem Punkt wurden unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen.

Wem ein Urlaub mit Spirit und das Gesamtpaket bei der Buchung wichtig ist, der sollte die Gastfreundschaft von Familie Marmsoler definitiv kennenlernen. Die Familie war höflich, zuvorkommend und hat sich sehr um das Wohl der Gäste gekümmert. Vor der Einfahrt steht direkt ein Caport und wir konnten unser vollgepacktes Auto trotz des widrigen Wetters am Ankunftstag im Trockenen auspacken. Das Haus liegt in der Natur, ist mit Navi aber dennoch leicht zu erreichen und nur einen Katzensprung von Seis am Schlern entfernt. Das Appartment ist luxuriös aussgestattet und der ausgiebig gestaltete Wellnessbereich (5 Sterne!) läd nach einem anstrengenden Tag auf der Alm dazu ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Das whirlpool im Garten direkt vor dem Wellness-Bereich (es gibt zwei Whirlpools!) ist auch für meine Tochter nur das i-Tüpfelchen gewesen. Die Familienfreundlichkeit des Anwesens will ich nicht unerwähnt lassen.

Zu unserer Überraschung haben wir durch die Buchung auch noch 10% Preisnachlass auf die Rechnung beim E-bike rental Verleih direkt an der Talstation in Seis am Schlern erhalten.

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had! The views are amazing, it is quiet and peaceful. The wellness spa is so nice and clean! The best is the jacuzzi with the views! Love the room too!
