The place suppose to be quiet and dislocated feom the main streets of lSan vito lo Capo. But its not actually. Yes its dislocated but owners have no sense of guest presence. They have 2 or 3 dogs together with couple of dogs owned by first neighbors makes the loudest bark choir you can imagine. And they bark with no teason at all??!!morning , evening, night you name it! You can hear yourself from the noise they make. Also owners were very relaxed in regards to our presence often talking and smoking below our open window until midnight. For someone who tends to get up early and take first swim in yhe sun rising sea, i find it really unconsidering. As if they are guest and not me! The owner never met me or said hello and supose to be small b&b with house atmosphere. I was met only by room made and paid to her as well. Yhe whole idea of b&b is to have breakfast but there you have small kitchenette to prepare breakfast yourself. Although its so small you cannot prepare anything else. Coffe machine is much appreciated and makes good espresso. It rather clean, nice view, nicely decorated, clean and...

Punto de Vista is situated on a hillside overlooking the beautiful coastline and surrounded by hills. Giorgio( our host) was very welcoming and he speaks fairly good English. The property is very modern with a lovely area outdoors for sun lounging. The room was very clean with a balcony and great view. Breakfast was in our own room - small kitchenette which is very well stocked and fresh bread is left outside the room door each morning from 7.30am onwards. Had a great sleep - no through traffic as street is in a cul-de-sac . Great value at 70 Euro for the two of...
Read moreWe were 2 couples and stayed at punto de vista in June in order to visit the western part of sicily. The place is really great for its position and view. You are just a few minutes away from santa Margherita and macari beaches and El Bahira camp. Everything was great at the b&b, rooms, view, owners, except maybe for the breakfast, which was actually a corner of the room equipped with nutella, butter, marmelade, milk, yoghurt and coffee maker, so every day you ate the same thing and there were no fresh pastry or salty breakfast, except for the fresh bread they brought every morning. Maybe is just a preference, but I like having fresh, local products for breakfast. All in all, the bb is very much...
