Hotel Leonardo Da Vinci — Hotel in Sassari

Location is great, near a small supermarket, restaurants and some attractions. It's Sassari main street, if you walk some minutes down the street you will find many services and places to eat and go. Everything was very clean, room was cleaned every day and towels changed. Staff was very friendly and professional. They also have some private parking (8€ per night). Prices are reasonable for the area. WIFI was very good even from the room. Yes, it's an outdated hotel but it even has its charm. I would definitely stay there again.

Good: central location, clean room. Bad: dated hotel design, shower is falling apart and no hot water one evening, overpriced rooms (they also charge a daily rate of 8 euro for parking!), and extremely rude waiters... We arrived 10 min early for breakfast, politely asking if we can quickly get some food as we had an early ferry to catch. Instead of accomodating us or politely explaining that it isn't possible, the waiter got angry with us, asking "who let us in".. eventually he literally threw two croissants on a plate and said "here that's enough"! I stayed there two nights. I was on vacation with a friend of mine who booked another room.||I slept soundly and the facilities were good.||Very well served by buses which go to the train station. Number 8 is the best.||Nice staff, great team. They really looked after us and we cannot thank them enough.||Breakfasts were fabulous and our rooms were clean.||There is no restaurant.
