Harmony Suite Hotel — Hotel in Selvino

On arrival we were offered an upgrade to a suite in what seems the older hotel a cross the street which was very kind, however the room temperature was only 11°C and there were too many stairs for our dog. It was obviously a family suite because it had a double bed, a bunk bed and a single bed all in the same room. Our superior room was nice but there was mould in the bathroom and privacy tape covering a crack in the door. The bed did not have a headboard, so you could not sit up in bed because the pillows folded into the gap. There was a kettle but only thin plastic cups. That all said, the hotel is lovely and clean, the staff were always friendly and helpful. They provided us with mugs for our coffee. The restaurant staff were very friendly and the food was excellent accompanied by a good selection of wines. Ho prenotato in questo hotel per festeggiare il mio compleanno grazie ad uno smartbox. Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo scelto questo posto in quanto dalle foto e dalle 4 stelle, sembrava promettente. Avevamo una formula all-inclusive. Nella mail di prenotazione chiesi se fosse possibile avere una stanza che comprendesse una vasca da bagno, ma la risposta é stata che "tutte le stanze erano dotate di SOLO box doccia", sono rimasta un po' dubbiosa, in quanto vedendo le foto su internet non sembra cosí. Siamo arrivati in hotel e il reseptionist é stato abbastanza educato, peccato che sembrasse un po' svogliato, in quanto non ci ha dato molte informazioni utili, ad esempio solo al check-out abbiamo scoperto che c'era un parcheggio riservato all'hotel (a pagamento) di cui non conoscevamo l'esistenza. Ma andiamo per ordine Siamo arrivati in stanza ed era davvero carina, purtroppo abbiamo scoperto che non potevamo andare sul balcone perché la maniglia della porta finestra era assente. In bagno ogni cosa sembrava essere montata in modo "fai da te": il porta rotolo della carta igenica avevo paura che mi restasse in mano ogni volta che lo toccavo. Lo specchietto che si poteva avvicinare era tutto storto e la luce dello specchio sfarfallava, quando mi sono truccata mi sembrava di essere in discoteca. Adesso parliamo della cena: mi é piaciuto il/la cuoco/a che ha saputo fare un ottimo lavoro con le pietanze, anche le inservienti erano cordiali. Sul tavolo abbiamo trovato tre fogli. Uno conteneva il menú, quindi cosa avrebbero servito come primi, come secondo e poi si poteva leggere la terza voce "dolce (opzionale) in quel foglio non c'era scritto che era a pagamento! Nel secondo foglio c'erano tutti i dolci che potevamo scegliere, senza prezzi affianco! E nel terzo si trovava la lista dei vini, da 0.25l / 0.50l / 0.75l con i rispettivi prezzi affianco. Dato che pensavamo che fosse una formula veramente all-inclusive, dato che non c'era scritto nessun prezzo affianco ai dolci e non era specificato da nessuna parte che erano esclusi e soprattutto nessuno ci aveva accennato in precedenza che i dolci erano a pagamento a parte, noi li abbiamo presi senza porci domande, con una bella sorpresa a fine soggiorno (della durata di sole due notti). Mi aspettavo di pagare una decina di euro in quanto una sera abbiamo preso due quartine di vino, più 2€ per un acqua da 0.50l presa dal frigobar in camera (lessi nell'ascensore che costava 2€ e ne presi una), invece ci dice il totale: 48€, di cui 4€ del frigobar, per un acqua da mezzo litro🤨 20€ di "beverage" quindi da qua deduco che anche l'acqua fosse esclusa e 24€ di "dinner food" che presumo siano per i dolci.
