Delusione totale – non è assolutamente un hotel 4 stelle!||Abbiamo prenotato una camera per me, mio marito e nostra figlia di 9 anni al Mondial Resort a Marina di Pietrasanta, ma siamo andati via dopo pochi minuti. Definire questo hotel “4 stelle superior” è fuorviante e offensivo.||Appena entrati abbiamo sentito un forte odore di fogna, come se fossimo vicino a un impianto di depurazione. La moquette delle scale era piena di macchie, tutto sembrava sporco e trascurato. La receptionist è rimasta seduta mentre parlavamo, dovevamo quasi piegarci per guardarla. Un’impressione assolutamente negativa.||La prima camera aveva un odore fortissimo di prodotti chimici e candeggina – questo odore era impossibile da ignorare. Dopo il reclamo ci hanno offerto una camera più grande, senza odori, ma con ragnatele sui muri. Anche questa non era accettabile.||Inoltre, nella lampada dell’ascensore c’era una grande quantità di zanzare morte – un altro chiaro segno di scarsa pulizia.||Anche le aree esterne erano trascurate, con rifiuti a terra e un giardino e prato non curati.||Abbiamo deciso di andarcene subito – l’hotel non ha mostrato nessuna comprensione né disponibilità, nessuna cortesia. Nonostante non abbiamo nemmeno dormito, ci hanno fatto pagare l’intero importo.||Questo hotel non è assolutamente un “resort” né merita 4 stelle. Der Teppich im Treppenhaus war voller Flecken, alles wirkte schmuddelig und ungepflegt. Die Rezeptionistin blieb während des Gesprächs einfach sitzen – man musste sich buchstäblich hinunterbeugen, um sie zu sehen. Ein erster Eindruck, der alles andere als einladend war.||Im ersten Zimmer schlug uns sofort ein beißender Geruch nach aggressivem Reinigungsmittel und Javelwasser entgegen – dieser Geruch war nicht zu überriechen. Nach Reklamation wurde uns ein alternatives Zimmer gezeigt – diesmal ohne Gestank, aber mit Spinnweben an der Wand. Auch das war keine Option.||Zudem war in der Lampe im Lift eine Ansammlung von Mücken zu sehen – ein weiteres deutliches Zeichen der mangelnden Sauberkeit.||Auch die Außenanlagen waren ungepflegt, mit Abfall auf dem Boden und einem vernachlässigten Garten und Rasen||Wir haben die Entscheidung getroffen, sofort abzureisen – das Hotel hat keinerlei Verständnis gezeigt, kein Entgegenkommen, keine Kulanz. Trotzdem mussten wir den vollen Preis bezahlen, obwohl wir keine Nacht geblieben sind.||Dieses Hotel ist in keiner Weise ein „Resort“, geschweige denn ein 4*-L-Haus. Unser Fazit: Überteuert, heruntergekommen, hygienisch fragwürdig – absolut nicht empfehlenswert.|||Total disappointment – definitely not a 4-star hotel!||We booked a room for me, my husband, and our 9-year-old daughter at the Mondial Resort in Marina di Pietrasanta but left just minutes after arrival. Calling this place a “4-star superior” hotel is misleading and insulting.||As soon as we entered, there was a strong smell like sewage nearby a treatment plant. The carpet in the stairwell was stained, everything looked dirty and neglected. The receptionist stayed seated during our conversation – we had to literally lean over the counter to see her. A very unwelcoming first impression.||The first room reeked of harsh cleaning chemicals and bleach – this smell was impossible to ignore. After complaining, they showed us a bigger room without the smell but with cobwebs on the walls. That was also unacceptable.||Additionally, there was a large number of dead mosquitoes inside the lamp in the elevator – another clear sign of poor cleanliness.||The outdoor areas were also unkempt, with trash on the ground and a neglected garden and lawn.||We decided to leave immediately – the hotel showed no understanding or willingness to help, no courtesy at all. Despite not spending the night, we were charged the full price.||This hotel is in no way a “resort” or worthy of 4 stars. Our conclusion: overpriced, run-down, questionable hygiene – absolutely not...

Not worth the money. This was part of a six week holiday in Italy and this hotel was by far the worst of our trip. This place is all about profit with very little attention to providing a service. There is a charge of 7 Euros if you want any eggs other than hard boiled (which by the way they couldn’t get right and one day they not cooked) on the subject of breakfast it was very basic particularly when you consider how much this hotel costs per night. There are no tea or coffee facilities in the rooms. The bathroom had a bad sewer smell for the duration of our stay. The front of house staff really do need customer service training. When entering the hotel in the evening you have to speak to be spoken to with little or no pleasantries or even manners. In some cases we were met with a grunt by someone behind the counter probably more interested in his phone.
