Delica — Hotel in Unione dei comuni Valli del Reno, Lavino e Samoggia

From my point of view, a big no! We booked two rooms...it starts from the check-in time. On the website it says 16:00 (which is already a relatively late hour, but let's say...), and in practice we only got the second room around 17:00 (and the cleaner said that in practice rooms are only accepted from 18:00!). After receiving the rooms we spent almost 3 hours trying to cool the rooms with the air conditioners that didn't really work. At this point the owner stopped answering my calls (before that he was available at any moment...) and communication with him only worked through the cleaner! Just a hallucination... no matter what she tried to do, the air conditioners just didn't cool, they just blew air. In the heat that was this week in Italy, it was impossible to be in the rooms and sleep in them like that. After we got upset (through the cleaner, of course, because the owner didn't answer us, he would only contact her), he agreed to move us to another room where the situation was a little better in terms of cooling, but this room smells of mildew, and the toilet and shower are not part of the room, but are external... This room did not have a mini bar, so I had to carry the mini bar myself from the room we were leaving (with the owner's consent, of course, but in communication with the cleaner). We had to spend two nights like this, when in the first room my son and I just sweated all night because it was hot and the air conditioner didn't cool (even using a fan that the cleaner gave us). Beyond that, there is really no private parking, but a free public parking lot a few hundred meters away. It is not written on the website that the kitchen is shared, we understood that it is a kitchen in each room, and in fact everything related to it is shared by all the other rooms and apartments in the building. It says that the whole unit is located on the ground floor! This is really not the case, the rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor above the ground floor, without an elevator, with really narrow stairs, it is really difficult to get the luggage and other equipment up and down. And that's when we arrive with a disabled girl! Why is it not indicated on the website that this...

Pernottato 1 notte per lavoro, l'ingresso sembrava di entrare a casa di una persona, visto che stava cucinando 😳, con conseguente odore di cibo che si infiltrava anche nella camera. La camere nelle aspettative, pulita di dimensioni piccole. Il servizio è pari a zero, aria condizionata "finta", nel senso che è accesa ma manda aria calda, non c'è il telecomando, nonostante più richieste al titolare di abbassare la temperatura ha fatto sempre un caldo insopportabile, dormito "0". Penso non abbia fatto nulla! Poi, dal titolare, una richiesta di 2,5€ a persona x 2, non ho capito per cosa, visto che la tassa di soggiorno era compresa nel prezzo!! Prezzo alto per...

Ho soggiornato 3 giorni a Delica per lavoro ed è stato tutto perfetto. Recente ristrutturazione, dotata di tutti i confort necessari(minibar, condizionatore). Ampio parcheggio vicino alla struttura. Il proprietario davvero gentile e disponibile. Tornerò...
