Residence Riva Blu — Hotel in Unione Rubicone e mare

We booked this appartment because of the outstanding reviews but it's a pity there's only 1 review that talks about the ugly noise that comes from downstairs, a popular restaurant. This restaurant is situated right under rooms 13 and down, and it has a lot of chairs and tables that are moving on the restaurant floor all night, starting from 7PM untial after the cleanup, around 2:30AM. Between those hours you will not have the opportunity to sleep, the scratching sounds go through the floor and are very irritating.||||When you want to go to sleep, take care with your bed. It's a double bed that might be okay in a cheap hotel for partyanimals but not here. Teh matras is so soft that you touch the bottom easily. If you'd like to spend your time on the internet you might be better off somewhere else because the wifi signal is just an horrid experience of logging on, getting kickt off etc.||||We moved the next day, the receptionist was so kind not to charge as the nights we booked, except the first one. He ackknowledged the problem. They only put people in these rooms when the other ones on the higher floors are fully booked....

I lived here for 1 month and half from in Feb and March. It was off-season and I found Cesenatico is amazing place to stay, it was completely empty, most of hotels are closed, there are lots of cozy family restaurants with amazing seafood dishes, supermarket not far. So the town is enjoyable. The location is very good, nearby main street, few steps from the beach. One of two receptionists (Elisabeth) was so nice, warm and very helpful each time. The room was big enough and equipped with simple furniture (Ikea style), but clean and it contained all necessary staff (hairdrier and fully equipped kitchen). Weekly cleaning was included in the rate. You can park a car on streets nearby for free, but it's 150 eur/month to park it in the garage. ||Practical tips: the reception is not open 24 hours, so if you are arriving out of working ours, you should take care about...

Mi spiace fare questa recensione ma é giusto che chi deciderà di soggiornare in questo residence, sappia a cosa va incontro. Arriviamo sabato mattina consci del check in nel primo pomeriggio e così é stato. Al momento del check in la prima truffa:vogliono che si paghi tutto il soggiorno SENZA NEANCHE POTER VISIONARE L’APPARTAMENTO. Saliamo in appartamento ed io purtroppo non sto bene, ho preso un bel virus intestinale ma mio marito, scocciato, ha riscontrato un appartamento sporco. Abbiamo chiamato la ragazza alla reception che oltre ad averci dato ragione, ha scattato foto e segnalato la questione ma l’impresa di pulizie arriva non prima della mattina successiva. E qui apriamo un’altra parentesi: l’impresa era una signora che lavora in cucina fino a tarda sera e che quindi si presenta a pulire a fondo l’appartamento solo alle 11 di mattina. Io salgo dalla spiaggia alle 11:30 con un bimbo di 3 mesi e ha dovuto interrompersi dicendo lei stessa che questo tipo di pulizie vanno fatte prima di iniziare la stagione e che l’appartamento é davvero sporco. L’appartamento però si presenta anche con ruggine dappertutto, in bagno, in cucina, stendino (e un altro affianco rotto), con condizionatori di 30 anni non funzionanti, frigorifero delle barbie che ora che rinfresca, cassaforte rotta e sporca…insomma segnalato tutto, riparato nulla! É venuto il tecnico dei condizionatori che non potendo aggiustare molto, ci dice di portare pazienza perché sarebbero condizionatori da buttare…una notte invece c’e star una tromba d’aria con un temporale violento e la mattina dopo in ascensore dai faretti della luce scendeva acqua (con il rischio di un corto circuito e di rimanere bloccati dentro), mio marito segnala in reception e ci rispondono che avrebbero avvertito il tecnico..insomma le sere successive, dato che si era fulminato tutto, si saliva nella cabina ascensore totalmente al buio…un aspetto di cui invece non ha colpa nessuno é il frastuono dei camioncini dell’immondizia che alle 4:30 di mattina e alle 14 passano a ritirare il vetro…siamo stati davvero male tanto che siamo scappati 1 giorno prima dalla disperazione e i miei bimbi sono ritornati quelli di sempre! Il proprietario é inesistente, personale scarsissimo, appartamenti non funzionanti (e dai racconti in spiaggia non eravamo gli unici - una ragazza per poter guardare la tv doveva tenerla accesa h24 altrimenti poi non si accendeva più), posizione ottima ma rumorosissima, nessun servizio vicino quindi siete costretti a prendere l’auto per il primo supermercato…state alla larga…é...
