Ca' del Portego — Hotel in Venice

Amazing country house. The house is located in a more rural and calm area, but very close to Marco Polo airport. Very beautiful with a beautiful garden to relax. All areas of the house are like new and always clean. It is a pet friendly accommodation. Drinking water is always available and fresh free of charge. The hosts are the best! I lost my suitcase on the bus and they contacted the bus company and even offered their car for us to go to the lost and found since we didn't have our own transport. They did everything they could to help and I managed to recover the suitcase with everything untouched. Furthermore, when we arrived it was already late and all the local restaurants were closed. The host offered to go get some pizzas for us to eat. We needed a taxi to go to the airport in the early hours of the morning and they also booked one for us at the time we needed it. Speechless…...

The best B&B we have stayed atl The room was new and very clean, spacious and with a great view. You could feel the little details were thought-out. The hosts very super helpful, also, we were able to check in early even though we failed to inform properly. Our dog was welcomed like a special guest. Great patio for an evening glass of wine. Breakfast had eggs, bread, fruits, vegetables, muesli, yogurt and sweet treats. The location is also great,10 mins to the bus stop, which takes you straight to city centre of Venice. What a fabulous experience. We had driven 4 hours from Croatia so I was a bit tired. My gf checked us in as I was parking. I walked in and the host had a freshly brewed espresso for me as he heard I was a bit tired. Score! The place had three rooms. Spotless and modern! I woke up to a view of a farm a cappucino and an omlet to my order. The host asked us what time we wanted breakfast ready. WOW! After breakfast we took a walk around.
