Residence Rendez Vous — Hotel in Vieste

We stayed here for a week in August and enjoyed every minute of it. The residence is located less than 200 meters/yards from the beach and approx 1km/.5 mile from town. My family of four stayed in the Deluxe apartment and found it to be the best we stayed in so far in our ten summers of doing this in Italy. || The apartment was comfortably large, no bumper cars here, clean and well maintained/equipped. It consisted of two bedrooms one w/ a queen size bed, the other w/ two singles. Both rooms had ample closet space and well thought out light controls. The kitchen was roomy but we ate outside on the terrace, once again roomy. The bathroom was roomy as well and very clean. All this roominess helps out when you have two kids and their beach toys! The Apartment also, thankfully, has an air conditioner which was a God send when it was too hot and Humid.|| The residence is covered with fruit and shade trees and has a park feel to it. There's a small pool for when the surf is too much. In the "piazza" is a small on site bar and restaurant. We used the bar each morning for a strong cappuccino and quite tasty but small cornetti. We did not use the restaurant but from what we could smell and what others have said, good food was had there. || All in all it was a great and relaxing stay. well worth the money spent and if we should come back to Vieste this is...

Abbiamo soggiornato al Rendez Vous per 15 gg a Giugno 2018. Ottimo l'appartamento Deluxe al primo piano: cucina, camera matrimoniale, camera con due letti singoli, bagno: pulito, confortevole e con terrazzo vivibile, dove abbiamo sempre mangiato, visto che il sole c'era solo al mattino per colazione. Presenti stendipanni grande e stoviglie quasi nuove. Ottimo e di qualità il servizio piatti d'asporto offerto solo a mezzogiorno (applausi alla cuoca!): un primo e un secondo sempre a base di pesce fresco (6 eur il primo e 10 euro il secondo-li valevano tutti). Grande disponibilità da parte di Liliana e di tutto lo staff, ben organizzati, precisi, sempre presenti senza essere invadenti. Bici disponibili per uso clienti. Il residence si trova sul lungo mare Maffei, dista 10 minuti a piedi dal Pizzomunno e in bici si arriva in centro in 10 minuti (tenete conto però che ci sono le salite, brevi ma intese). Quindi a distanza di 10 minuti in bici si ha tutto, macelleria, panetteria, supermercato Conad (il più consigliato per prendere gli affettati, il salumieri è gentile e non ha smanie di fregare le persone). Ci siamo trovati bene al mercato che si svolge tutti i gg tranne domenica vicino al campo sportivo dove si trovano frutta e verdura locali. Ottima la piscina presente nel residence: un servizio comodo per farsi il tuffo rientrati dal mare prima di pranzo: pulita, tranquilla. Area giochi per bambini non presente (solo un piccolo dondolo e uno scivolo mini mini in plastica per piccolissimi) ma Il Residence è strutturato come fosse un piccolo quartiere, a misura di bambino; i bambini si ritrovavano nella piazzetta del residence alla sera o prima di cena, da soli, a giocare (la nostra ha 4 anni e scendeva da sola): riscoprire il piacere di scendere in piazza a giocare per i bambini è stato un valore aggiunto alla vacanza. Una volta a settimana viene organizzata la festa, in piazzetta, con pizza e focaccia cotte nel forno a legna per tutti gli ospiti. Con vino e dolci! Tipica ospitalità Pugliese. C'è musica e si può ballare e cantare. A noi piacerebbe ritornare, ci siamo trovati molto bene! Grazie a tutti! Spiaggie e bagni: Il rendez vous è convenzionato con il Bagno Il Pellicano, a circa 250 metri in direzione del centro/Pizzomunno. Un buon bagno, ottimi i cocktail. Non c'è animazione. Mi sento di consigliare anche il bagno OASI, dista dal Rendez Vous circa 600 metri in direzione opposta al centro però: l'abbiamo scoperto fermandoci a bene qualcosa e ci è risultato molto confortevole, sia come ambiente che come gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff; infatti ci siamo tornati altre volte dopo la prima, magari mentre facevamo la passeggiata lungo mare. A noi come ambiente è piaciuto di più; è rilassante e ben ombreggiato, ampio, e c'è animazione, per bimbi a orari prestabiliti....

Ich war der einzige Gast Anfangs Oktober. Daher war es herrlich ruhig. Trotzdem war die Gastfreundschaft noch hervorragend. Vieles wurde für mich abgeklärt, ob z.B. Reiten (nicht mehr möglich) oder eine Bootsfahrt (noch möglich) noch angeboten wird. Die Bootstour wurde für mich organisiert. Ich durfte problemlos den PC benutzen fürs online-checkin und bekam noch Früchte für meine Mutter auf den Heimflug. ||Der Gastgeber spricht etwas englisch. Die anderen Familienmitglieder hatten viel Geduld mit meinen praktisch nicht vorhandenen Italienischkenntnissen. Mit Hand und Fuss konnten wir uns immer irgendwie verständigen. Ein paar nette Worte waren bei jeder Begegnung ganz normal. ||Die Apartements sind sehr einfach eingerichtet, aber alles ist da, was es braucht. Bettwäsche und Bade- und Geschirrtücher können gemietet werden. Als der Duschkopf daneben spritzte, wurde das innert 10 Minuten behoben. Für mich sehr angenehm waren die Moskitonetze an Türen und Fenstern. Die Anlage wird sehr sauber gehalten und gepflegt. Speziell schön ist der Umschwung mit Kaki-, Oliven-, Granatapfelbäumen und vielem mehr. Das Gemüse wird in den "Blumenrabatten" gepflanzt. Ganz neu gibt es über dem Haupthaus moderne Apartements, die ich besichtigen durfte. Sehr zu empfehlen. ||Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte, dann über die Strasse und schon ist man am Strand, der Ende September, Anfang Oktober sehr zu empfehlen ist, wenn man gern Ruhe hat und herrliche lange Spaziergänge macht. Ich bin Anfang Oktober noch geschwommen im Meer. ||Das Rendez Vous ist im Preis-Leistungs-Angebot sehr gut und ich würde es besonders Ende Saison jederzeit wieder buchen.
