Ristorante Lido Vesta was an incredible experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding a special thank you to Isa and her colleague, who made us feel so welcome and truly elevated the evening. Their attention and kindness made all the difference. The food was exceptional, with every plate not only delicious but beautifully presented. Compliments to the chefs for creating such memorable dishes full of flavor and creativity. A perfect combination of excellent service, amazing food, and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Un bel ristorante sul mare dentro a uno stabilimento balneare dove si mangia benissimo, soprattutto i primi piatti. Io ho assaggiato dei Troccoli con cozze e lupini cremosi e davvero buoni, cotti alla perfezione. Le cozze erano scelte una per una e l’olio evo di coratina usato egregiamente. In questo ristorante c’è una carta dell’olio molto ben organizzata che parla di tutta la puglia con tutto l’olio evo di ogni zona. Il ristorante è a conduzione famigliare, i tavoli sono ben apparecchiati e le porcellane sono molto belle. Ho bevuto un bicchiere di falanghina servito a temperatura perfetta. Il dolce rimarrà sempre nel mio cuore, si tratta di cartellate con ricotta di capra e vin cotto di carrube. Dolce il giusto, croccante, profumato e che parla del territorio. Isa la responsabile della sala è molto brava e accogliente. Lo chef è una persona molto gentile e schiva. Sono stata molto felice di salutarlo e conoscerlo, molti chef dovrebbero imparare da lui. Mi ha raccontato di come ha avuto l’idea del dolce e del suo approccio fatto di pochi ingredienti semplici tutti pugliesi. Sono stata a pranzo, ma presto tornerò a cena.

We had an amazing meal at Lido Vesta. During a crazy rain storm we were the only ones in the restaurant and the staff were both kind and very helpful. The meal was exceptional and I would highly recommend it. The ravioli was really nice as was the fish of the day which we shared.

A lovely beach side restaurant. Attentive and welcoming staff. Extremely tasty food with unexpected free tasters at the start which were also divine, the seared tuna especially. The wine was also delicious. My mother left her hand bag in the restaurant and the front of house/head waitress drove around until she found us to return it, a incredibly kind thing to do! This is a fish restaurant, and my 2 first courses were just superb - cooked to absolute perfection, and utterly delicious.. My vegetarian wife was equally well catered for, with delicious seasonal dishes.. the artichoke, cooked 4 ways was sensational... Dessert was also delicious - my wife said her chocolate fondant was one of the best ever... Even the service was faultless... I thoroughly recommend this...
