Inubosaki Hotel — Hotel in Choshi

2025年2月、大人3人と中学生・小学生の家族で宿泊しました。これまで何度も利用してきたホテルで、温泉はとても良いのですが、今回は残念ながら「もう良いかな…」という気持ちになりました。実際、他の口コミで6回もリピートされた方が「2万円の価値はない」といった意見がありましたが、そのように感じているのも共感できます。今回の滞在で特に感じたのは、食事に関するホスピタリティの悪さです。料理そのものは美味しいのに、ホールスタッフの配慮が足りず、全体的に雑な印象を受けました。

まず、夕食時、小上がり席で子どもの席を端から移動したいと相談した際、田邊さんという女性スタッフの対応が非常に雑で、不快な気持ちになりました。また、ビールは洗浄が不十分なようで、金属臭がして飲めたものではないので、1杯で止めました。サワーやドリンクの飲み放題メニュー表も、注文のたびに回収されるため、次の注文を決める時間がなく困りました。さらに、子どもの食事は先におかずだけが出され、冷めた後でようやくライスが提供されるなど、タイミングにも配慮が感じられません。子どもにはご飯を先に出すなど、もっと柔軟な対応が必要だと思います。また、お酒とソフトドリンクを同じ場所に置いていくため、子どもが誤ってお酒を手に取る危険もあり、非常に気になりました。小上がりの通路では、スタッフの足音が響いて騒がしく、忙しい様子からか走るスタッフの姿も見受けられました。こうした音にももう少し配慮が欲しかったです。

そもそも、飲み放題サービスを始めたことで忙しくなり、結果的にサービスの質が低下しているのではないでしょうか。食事は「動物の餌」ではありません。もっと丁寧で心のこもったサービスが求められると思います。

料理長のほかぞのさんという方が挨拶に来てくださり、「何かあればおっしゃってください」と声をかけていただいたのは印象的でしたが、彼は果たしてスタッフのサービスの悪さを把握しているのでしょうか？...

Had an amazing stay here for 2 nights with my husband. Hotel location is nice, we had a beautiful ocean view from our room. Sure, there is a parking lot in between but it doesn't really matter. We could also see the famous lighthouse from our window which was nice. ||||Staff was super friendly and helpful! They have a free pick up service from Inuboh train station, you just need to call in advance. It is only e few minutes walk but with our large luggage we appreciated the free ride :) ||||Room was a bit outdated and would need a little renovation but it was spacious and clean with good amenities (hot water kettle, free tea, a complimentary biscuit and a mini fridge). Bathroom was quite new and well equipped. Wifi was excellent!||||Breakfast was great and also the dinner served in the hotel restaurant was very tasty.
