enoca hotel — Hotel in Fujisawa

I will never stay this place again. I am so disappointed!

Why -Security is really bad. Everyone can enter or sneak in easily to guest room area by elevator which located on the street without any security check.

-There is no dubble lock key on guest room. -You can hear voice from nextdoor.

-They dont take credit card payment. They did not inform that when I made reservation. And even they asked our credit card number when I made reservation.

We had an unpleasant experience with the front desk staff.She is not professional and told us lie when we request room change. I used to work at hotel , so I know how it work. However, this staff made it sound like it was my fault from the beginning.

-Room is small and different from the picture on thire website.

A nice hotel located slightly away from Fujisawa station. The rooms are stylishly furnished and have a nice atmosphere. There is a convenience store, restaurant (Denny's), and supermarket within walking distance. So there's no problem if you want to stock up on booze or snacks. There is also free parking and Wifi. Amenities are offered at the reception so you can take whatever you need. Free drinks are also offered.|It would have been better if they had extra hooks for hanging our towels. Love this hotel so much! With very big and spacious room. We booked the largest room with only 18000¥ which you couldnt find in else where.

This hotel is very nearby to Enoshima Tower and Aquarium. Very convenient place which near to convenient store. High recommend.

In first floor, you can have unlimited amenities, and drinks like coffee or soft drinks. They even provide you facial mask! The favourite of mine was corn soup!...
