Hoshino Coffee — Restaurant in Fujisawa

Got an Iced Latte and French Toast and this combo is top tier here. The French toast wasn’t too sweet which I’m not a fan of and the latte paired nicely with the maple they used. The French toast in Japan is more eggy than ones you’d find in western countries but I am here for it. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area :) also I speak the tiniest bit of Japanese and they were still very kind and caring :) will go again...

Excelente lugar para darse un lujo con un buen café y un pastel. El ambiente es muy agradable y son atentos. Lo único es que el precio es un poco caro, asi que no es como para ir muy seguido si eres una persona que cuida su bolsillo. 藤沢から江ノ島に向かう道路に面しているこちらのお店、ハンドドリップを謳った喫茶店チェーンです。 コーヒーは基本的に3種類あって、星乃ブレンド、彦星、織姫と、ローストと酸味の違いで分けています。 店内は天井も高く、ゆったりとした雰囲気で、長時間おしゃべりに興じるには良いかもしれません。 人数が多い場合は個室が使用できるようでした。 肝心のコーヒーですが、ホットは彦星（ローストは強く、酸味は弱いタイプと記載）を頼みましたが、豆が酸化してしまっているのか、苦味よりも酸味が強く、香りも弱く、うたい文句とはかなり違っていました。 豆の保存方法を考えた方がいいかもしれません。 アイスコーヒーはローストの薫りもして美味しかったですが、値段ほどのものではないかと。 かき氷はハーフサイズを頼みましたが、これは美味しかったです。 お店の雰囲気が良いだけに、...
