I booked this hotel because it's less than 10 miles form NGO airport. Flight was cancelled due to a typhoon . I arrived at 9 pm and noticed a late check in charge? Huh? I made a big issue of it and they agreed to remove that ridiculous charge. Turned on the TV to discover more than 100 channels, but only a single channel in English (CNN). No English language newspapers either. The hotel is older, but very clean. The room was very small by western standards, but I knew this when booking. There was no bottled water provided in the room. Free Wi-Fi at this location. The hotel is not in a particularly good location. I ended up spending quite a lot in taxis going back and forth to Nagoya for meals. Not too much else positive to say. Nice and helpful front crew. The room is appropriate in space and facilities, of same grade as APA, Dormy Inn etc chained hotels. The public bath on Ground floor is good to recover from the whole...
