😊: - location: is right beside the beach. So it’s cozy to hear the wave in room. ( except the windy day would be a bit horrible…) and there’s a steep way up to the train station like a 6 minutes walk. But they have free shuttle when you check out. So it’s fine. staff: super nice although they don’t speak English. I feel warm when talking to them. I’m grateful. onsen: they have sea view onsen, which is amazing.. 😢: - they don’t have WiFi in room. I think it’s unacceptable when it’s almost 2024… and I can hardly get bars in my room. I mean, it gets dark in 4:30pm, and there are no entertainment around, TV only has 4 channels. So I don’t feel enjoyable at night…. they seems not prepared for the international market, no English signs, no English speakers… and if you order meal, I’m not sure if you could adapt to the fixed time and fixed meal if you’re a foreigner. the facilities are old, old hairdryer, old ventilation with dust, old chair… well it could be a gimmick if you prefer traditional Japanese style tho. They should provide some more merchandises in store while there’s no convenience stores nearby and you’ll starving if you check in late… could be nothing...

We went in late Feb, which is suppose to be a high season (as there's kawazu saruka), however, there isnt many guests in the public bath, and we can enjoy the whole onsen area ourselves. We went to the private onsen (¥1650/30min) at the rooftop during sunset. It was a stunning experience. Rooms are clean are spacious. Every room can see the ocean and sunrise. Have drinks, beer and milk for sale in the hotel. Only downside - can knly check-in after 1:30pm. No staff will be at the front desk to serve you before that time. However, you can put your luggage next to the front desk. All in all, I would...
