Most expensive and worst experience
The price for one night include dinner and breakfast is not cheap, but very disappointed on service and the room
Upon arrival, we can book 1 time slot onsen, we chose 8:00. After dinner we wait until 8 then know that the time is for morning session. No staff told us and the paper booking not mentioned it is am or pm
Next morning our breakfast is 7:30am, arrived few mins early but no staff attending the dining room. The serving lady is very professional though and nice
The public onsen is very aged, need update. the walls are cracking. Floor is everywhere wet. No impressive at all

If you want a modern luxury chain with efficient young English speaking staff, this isn't the place for you. But if you're looking for traditional Japanese ryokan hospitality with great local meals, this would be an excellent choice. It's probably the only place where you can get TWO private baths in your room with a huge patio for less than 30,000yen per person including breakfast and dinner with Noto beef and huge portions of sashimi. Admittedly the rooms are somewhat dated...
