Ippei Sushi — Restaurant in Kaga

If it was in front of my house, I would visit every day.

This is one of the most impressive restaurants I've eaten at in Japan recently.

1. The size of each piece of sushi is 1.5 times larger than most places.

2. It's fresh and delicious. The selection is not very diverse, but it's mostly delicious.

3. The best part is the price. If you go during lunch time, there's a 2,000 yen course for 10 pieces, but the chef randomly gives you 10 pieces of whatever he wants. No matter how you eat it, the total price is about 3,000 yen, so you should definitely order this course. After that, you can add more parts you want to eat. Two people ate deliciously and the price came to about 7,000 yen.
