It's fresh and delicious. The selection is not very diverse, but it's mostly delicious.
The best part is the price. If you go during lunch time, there's a 2,000 yen course for 10 pieces, but the chef randomly gives you 10 pieces of whatever he wants. No matter how you eat it, the total price is about 3,000 yen, so you should definitely order this course. After that, you can add more parts you want to eat. Two people ate deliciously and the price came to about 7,000 yen.
