Ooedo Onsen Monogatari — Hotel in Kaga

We loved it! My in-laws, yearly, research and discover some amazing off-the-beaten-path resort for us to make our way to from Kanazawa. Getting there (here) is usually part of the adventure, and, over the last decade, I've had the opportunity to get a breathtaking view of the Japanese county-, mountain- and sea-side! This resort has been peaceful and relaxing, the food was excellent, service superb, and the kids loved the game room. Of course, Ojiichan loved the karaoke--doing his famous rendition of "Moon River," while the kids sang "Stacy's Mom" over and over again. Um...yeah, so...We all strongly recommend it, and will be happy to return here on next year's great Japanese...

Value for money on weekday business trip. Room size is enough. Facility function is enough. Location is good for convenience store, food, public bath SOYU. Facility quality is crude & cheap, total atmosphere is unrefined. Difficult to feel hospitality from clerk without fare adjustment machine at reception.It's good job saying gratitude " thank you & have a nice trip" after paid. Inside public bath Onsen is circulation type, I guess. Onsen smelled chlorine, public bath SOYU also smelled too. However it might be no choice prevent infection such a large size...

Relaxing stay at this nice onsen resort!|Food was very delicious and many different dishes to choose from.|Staff was friendly and helpful as well. There is an inside and outdoor area on the women’s side of the onsen. The areas will be switched on different times so men also can use the outside area on given time.|The area around is also worth a visit and nice nature to explore and...
