Our stay at mizumari was incredible. The ryokan is situated along the Kawazu Seven Waterfall, and a 20-25 min bus ride from Kawazu station. The setting and decoration were elegant, calm and clean. The breakfast and kaiseki dinner were sumptuous and luxurious, bringing out the flavours of local produce such as the kinmedai, wasabi, strawberries and oranges. The outdoor private onsen in our room was amazing and scenic, alongside the river stream. Most importantly, the staff were extremely hospitable and sincere.
