We stayed here during our visit to Miyako island. Last minute booking so were able to get a lower than usual rate on Booking.com. Very new venue and highly recommended if you're looking for a serviced apartment-style accommodation at an affordable rate. Staff were very friendly and polite during our whole stay. Make sure to rent a car as this hotel is located closer towards newer commercial areas (e.g. McDonald's and MaxValu) than the ocean and beaches. I lived in California for 25 years and this reminded me of home! The building architecture and room interiors were exactly what I was looking for. They have complimentary coffee in the lobby and you can rent things like board games and snorkel gear. Also plenty of free umbrellas.

The location isn't that great, about a 25 minute walk to the downtown area. However if you've rented a car or motorbike then its really not an issue.

They seem to have an issue accepting credit cards that have a chip in them so bring cash...

Absolutely avoid this hotel at all cost if you have very energetic kids. Neighbors in the same building will complain as the building has very thin and cheap material floor and wall(even on the first floor).
