A-ma-zing. I loved it from the beginning to the end. Even tho it's located far away from the center of Osaka (around 20 minutes by train), the place is pretty, super clean, and the friendly staff will provide anything you need, from bathroom supplies to car rides to the train station for free (you need to make the reservation of the car at least the day before and it changes according to availability, but there's usually no problem getting a spot). I absolutely recommend this place. A great option if your main goal in Osaka is visiting Universal Studios (they offer a car ride to the entrance of the park).You can leave your luggage in your bunk or at the reception if you are concerned about it. The hotel doesn't provide meals, but there's a cafe bar with lunch set. There's no restaurants around the hotel, but they will make a stop at a convenience store during car rides if you ask to. (The guest house is only for women, will allow boys under the age of 9).

ロケーションもリッチも良く、ペットと泊まれるホテルとゆうことで楽しみにして行きました。 まずチェックインしその際ゲージはあるか等の質問もして犬が泊まる旨を伝えました。部屋に荷物を置いてまずご飯を食べに出かけました。 その後22時頃戻り荷物を開いてると床に数箇所犬の糞の跡があったのでフロントへ連絡したところ出ず、その後30分間10回以上連絡しても出ませんでした。フロントに行き呼び鈴を鳴らすも不在。仕方なく部屋に戻り自分達で清掃しました。その際糞の跡の周りも掃除してみた所、ウェットティッシュが真っ黒になるレベルでした。びっくりすることにその他にもダンゴムシの死骸も5.6匹いて生きたダンゴムシも滞在中3匹いました。部屋の角には蜘蛛の巣やホコリの塊もあり髪の毛も何本も落ちてる始末。 その後もフロントに連絡するが出ず諦めて泊まり、気持ち悪いので朝イチの翌朝6時にチェックアウトしようとフロントに向かったところまたフロントに人が不在。 呼び鈴を鳴らすも出てこず。 嫁、子、犬は部屋を出て車で待機してたので周りを探し回り15分ほど探したところで発見。 そこで昨日の経緯、部屋の汚さを指摘すると代表から本日中に連絡させますとのこと。 その後チェックアウトして1日経っても連絡がないので夕方18時に連絡したところ出ず、20時の間に時間をおいて6回電話したところで繋がりその旨を伝えたところ22時までに代表に連絡させますとのこと。 本日に連絡をすると言いながら22時に電話してくるホテル代表なんかいますか？ その後21時半に連絡があったので話をしたところクレーム対応のため部屋の事実確認を行ったがそのような事実はないし悪質なクレームと判断したので連絡しなかったとのこと。 は？普通に考えたらこっちが自分で掃除してるんだから部屋にそのままあるわけがないでしょ？ましてや部屋の事実確認の前にクレームの事実確認をしろって話。 挙げ句の果てには「とゆうかお客様無断で犬泊めてますよね？」とのこと。はぁ？？ Yahooトラベルで犬宿泊可のプランを選び予約してますと伝えると別途8000円払ってないですよね？との回答。そのような文言どこにも書いてない。ましてやフロントで犬がいる旨を伝えています。追加料金がいるならその場で言えばよかったのでは？ 結論悪質なクレーム扱いされ無断宿泊させたと言いがかり。フロントが電話に出ないのなら出るまでかけろ。挙げ句の果てには謝罪なし。証拠もないし清掃の不備はありませんの一点張り。 その後電話対応を繰り返しているとお客様との話は埒が開かないのでこれ以上何も答えませんの一点張り。 その後電話にすら出ず。 ほんと悪質なホテルです。 ここまでひどいホテル泊まったことないです。 楽しみにしていったのにがっかりです。 ロケーションもリッチもいいのだからもっとちゃんとしたオーナーの元再建を求めます。 最後に犬の糞の跡の一部載せておきます。 悪質ホテルには泊まらないように。

A great stay right on the Marina! The room was clean and tidy, including a private swimming pool patio, a queen sized bed, a private toilet and shower. The taxi driver got lost and dropped us off in the parking garage instead of the North Building which acts as the lobby.

One recommendation I have is to offer a snack vending machine or late night food services. We arrived about 8pm and most food services were...
