This is a well-aged but cheap hotel maybe 7 mins walk away from the station, with a car park for an additional 1000 yen. We had a nonsmoking room facing the train tracks (the other side faces the road). The rooms were small and has definitely seen better days with clear wear and tear, but everything was still clean. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided with toothbrush packs but you can pick up additional toiletries near reception. You can definitely hear the trains and some other sounds through the wall, so this isn't a place for light sleepers. The staff were really nice and helpful though. If you need a place to stay with some modicum of privacy and you're not fussed about the size and noise, this is a pretty good deal...

There were a lot of tea and kettle ready in the room, a nice bed and a small cupboard. Stainless.||||Very close to city centre and you can go for a walk along the boulevard, there are some restaurants and markets close to it, and a shopping mall, Sun Mall Ichibancho. We had to extend our stay one more day and there was no confusion in the reception.
