I had booked for three nights. When I arrived, I was told that I could have the booked room for 2 nights, for the third night I would have to move to another room. It should be noted that this was a mistake in the inn's planning. I felt under pressure to agree, otherwise I would probably have been turned away completely. On the third day, I found myself in a room with no wash bowl and no key, so I was deprived of my privacy and security. What's more, they hadn't even bothered to clean the room properly. I wonder why I had to move here and why a solution couldn't be found with the guest arriving two days later. A nasty thought occurs to me.
