I wouldn't recommend this hotel to foreigners The Staff don't understand a single word in english The breakfast service on the last two days of my stay, closed without any warning, and even tho I was given a compensation box, it's NOT worth what was paid for The handle of the window in my room (1418) was assembled on the outside of the window, so I couldn't use it, and I'm aware that the other rooms weren't like that I paid to use the drying clothes machine, and even tho I used the translator to understand how it works, I was left...

The breakfast here is the worst meal I think I've ever had, I'm surprised I didn't get sick. Room was nice, onsen was pleasant, bed was super comfy, price was good otherwise (just skip breakfast).

There's an excellent ramen place nearby, highly recommend.

The hotel is very nice and the room is very clean. The staff was friendly but didn't speak English. However, they have a small translation machine, so communication was manageable. The location is great, with many restaurants nearby and a convenience store just a few meters away. I will definitely stay...
