Heart Rock Village — Hotel in Tokyo

English/Japanese||||I started to arrange my visit to this island just 3 weeks ago, went to the island and now I got back home. This village (inn? Resort house type hotel?) is by far better than I expected. I would say it is okay to say that this inn can be a sort of a resort hotel. Very clean and featuring wood material furniture. So comfortable.||||I regret that the TA (this ) message board says that was happy to enjoy the stay with a fine view of the pier (1st floor or higher?) but the room which was assigned for me was at the ground floor. No chance to see it!. HWB, in other words, this might be lucky for me since this inn is very close to the pier where Ogasawara-Maru anchored. This stands for that you may be irritated from engine noise generated by Ogasawara-maru (while Ogasawara-Maru is anchored, the engine is running to generate electricity for crew), Actually I am very sensitive to noise but didn't notice it while I am in my room.|||| As to meal, by far better than I expected. Actually I wanted to dine out for enjoying local food but what this inn served me is by far better than I expected so I lost my dinning out chance.... I am not sure this is not good or bad but probably I'd say excellent! If my friend asked me what is the best inn in this island, then I will definitely say...

This place offers tours. I paid the fee after the tour, but the next day, the staff called me, claiming the payment hadn't been made. I informed them that I had already paid and offered to provide proof if necessary. The staff member said she would check, and ten minutes later, she confirmed my payment. スイートルームに泊まりました。||||部屋の照明の電球が至る所でキレており||指摘すると||「電球いります？」||と、逆に聞かれました。||「いるかいらないかではなく、||それ相応のお金を支払って、電球ないとか||心理的には惨めになりますよ」||と言うと、共感してもらい、すぐにつけてもらえました。||||スリッパも、クイックルワイパー的なものも||なにもありません。||床はザラザラです。||||それも、お願いして持ってきてもらいましたが、||当然、床掃除は私がやりました。||||夕方6時〜2時間ほど空け、||部屋に戻ると、まさかのゴキブリが何十匹といるではありませんか！||||とりあえず殺虫剤！と、探せど無い！||ゴキブリが出るのは仕方ないとして(1万歩ゆずって)、その時のための殺虫剤や、コンバット的なものすら部屋のどこにもないのはおかしい。||そう思って、電話をし、部屋を今すぐ変えてくれと言い変えてもらいました。||||部屋代は、本当ならただでいい筈ですが、||シングル料金、三万くらいは取られました。||||||なに、、考えてんでしょうか。||||会計のときの、おばさんは事情を知っているのに、||ごめんなさいね的な言い方だけで、||ヘラヘラ笑ってました。||||嫌な思い出にしたくないから　みんな言わないのかも知れませんね。||因みに、スイートルームからシングルの部屋に変えて貰ったその部屋は、壁が薄すぎて、足音だのなんだの、とんでもなかったです。||||島の人に聞いたら、現地では相当不評なホテル？(ホテルやってる人に怒られるレベル)みたいでした。||||理解してほしかったのは||東京から24時間もかけて、来ているということ。||どんな思いで来ているかを、それぞれに考えてほしかったです。||おもてなしの基本は、ここの教育にもともと無いにしろ、人様からお金を貰う時点で、ひとりひとりがそこは感じるべき事であって、結局ここのホテルに勤める人すべてが、無教養であることだけが露呈されました。||教養のあるホテルマンなら、す...
