Do not stay here. The photos online are extremely misleading. My partner and I are generally low-maintenance travellers and have stayed in plenty of modest places over the years, but this was easily one of the worst. We lasted about ten minutes before checking out and heading to an APA Hotel instead. Our room had a large hole in the wall, visible dirt and stains including what appeared to be blood on the walls, and old, dusty slippers. There was even a used cleaning rag in the bathroom, despite the space being far from clean. The noise from the nearby train was very loud, and to reach the room you had to walk directly through the kitchen which, unfortunately, shared a wall (and the hole) with our room. We felt completely misled by the listing photos and hope our experience prevents others from making the same mistake. Photos attached.

I was in Tokyo for a quick trip to DisneySea. I ended up getting hit by a car while walking and suffered a concussion. (This was in a completely different part of Tokyo.) I was told I could not fly due to head injury for 30 days. I needed an affordable option to stay for the longer extended period of time. I found this hotel. I loved it!!! I fell so in love with the area and the staff were extremely friendly. With my head condition, I was at many times lost and out of sorts. They were so accommodating. I want to truly thank the staff and owners for the stay and I would like to apologize if I was any inconvenience. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Very small, unclean room accessed from the shared kitchen/sinks area with very, very wet floor - whenever we trod on it water would ooze up through the lino tile joins and pool on the floor( as shown in photos). Our suitcase got soaked because of this. The a/c in our room was shared with the communal kitchen outside our door, via a hole in the wall (as shown), the controls to which were in the kitchen and someone kept blasting cold air through. Only positive was we had our own bathroom and it was only for one night.

I was not fond of the stay in this hostel. what I did not like: the room was listed has having window but had none, it just has a corridor facing one in the upper part of the room to let the light in. also there's only one very strong light in the room, it's either that or darkness, the listing (again) even showed a light next to the bed I asked for it and was told there was none. being an hostel the bathroom area is shared and I was expecting something nice but alas, it was just a tiny bathroom and a tiny shower.that said it was anyway a life saver because I couldn't find anything on a saturday night and it was priced lower than capsule hotel and such. it's basically outside the metro with signs that show you how to walk when you go out. the girl at the reception was nice and friendly. so, it was not terrible but I think I'd look for something...

This hotel is pretty secluded in a quiet neighbourhood. ||Family mart and 7-11 nearby with several other department stores. Convenient as it is situated near Nakai stn. Which is on a toei line. ||This hostel provides tatami/ traditional rooms however they were unavailable when I was there and my friends and I had to opt for a bunk bed. ||Service is not that good, check in was at 3pm but it was delayed till 3.40pm+ due to the cleaning, and the cleaning wasn’t very good as it was rushed. Dust and debris all over the floor and inside the toilet. Cleanliness would be about 2/5. ||Our stay cost about 70++ SGD a night, which is pretty value considering I’m sharing it with friends. ||There is a laundry area with 400¥ for washing 100¥ for drying which is a little overpriced. There are laundry services around the area though but I am unsure...
