These kids are well brought up with a high sense of integrity, and responsibility and of course well mannered. I enjoyed balling around and watching children playing in the park.

落合水再生センターの屋上を公園として活用しています。 子供が遊ぶような遊具が設置されたエリアもありますが、私は、グラウンドでサッカーをやるために訪れました。グラウンドはサッカー、野球共用で、野球のベース部分を除いては人工芝です。人工芝の質は、野球との併用のため、芝の長さが短く、固めと言えるでしょう。 照明設備もあるので、ナイターでの使用も可能です。サッカーをする上で不便に感じることは、グラウンドを囲むフェンスがそこまで高くないので、そこそこの頻度でボールがフェンスを越えて公園外に出てしまうこと。拾いに行くのが結構シンドイです。 駐車場はありませんので、公共交通機関（西武新宿線　下落合駅　徒歩10分）を利用された方が良いと思います。コインパーキング、数も少なく、高いです。

It's atop a water filtration (sewage) plant but there is no smell at all. A football/baseball field is shared. Some markings of the baseball pitch make the football ground uneven, so does watch where you are running. Changing rooms, and toilets are available, though the groundsmen can be strict on timing.

The rubble field can be used for sports other than soccer and baseball for free, without booking. Several sports groups(molk, Quidditch, gymnastics) gather here (on Saturday morning) so if you want to get some space its good to check what are the busy hours are, and showing up early on the day you...
