SORAYADO 宙宿 — Hotel in Tsuru

This place is very new and in great shape! It’s conveniently located on the way to the Mount Fuji World Heritage Center. The owner is super nice and really gives a nice welcome. He speaks a little English, but he does have handouts in English to help too. There’s only 3 rooms in the place so it’s a very cozy feeling. A hidden gem in yamanashi. we were pleasantly surprised by the modern look of the building / room with all the required facilities. The room was very clean and the hotel had a pantry area where we could heat up our food. Check-in area is located on the second floor and you have to enter from the rear of the building, and climb up the spiral stairway. 元気な若者向けのお宿かと。道路から見える玄関口が目立ちますが、受付ではありません。受付は玄関横の案内表示に書かれている様に、裏手2階です。裏手に回り、そこが建物入口。屋根もひさしも無いところで、インターホンでドアを開錠してもらい、中庭？の様なところに入り、そこから屋根のない狭い螺旋階段を上がってまた、ガラス扉を開けてやっと受付です。動線としては大変かなァ。脚の不自由な方、雨の日のチェックインは、手荷物運び含めて大変だろうと感じました。受付スペースも人が2人立てば、それも荷物有りであればそれでいっぱい。直ぐが宿泊部屋の3室。受付が重なったら、雨でも外待ち？かも。実際、駐車スペースに車を停める前に嫁さんに受付を頼んで後から両手に荷物を持ってインターホンを押したら、「今、受付をしている最中ですのでしばらくお待ちください」と開錠してもらえませんでした。妻と私を別のお客さんと思った様です。もし、チェックインが重なり、他の方が先にいて雨が降っていたらどうなるかなと思います。 ウェルカムドリンク（アルコール、コーヒー等）あり。 素泊まりの場合、近くの飲食店まで1キロ程。中間点にコンビニあり。 カードキーでの入室。一旦外出すれば、外からの入館も同様。24時間対応。 駐車スペースは手前並び3台。うち1台は軽レベル。奥にもBBQスペースやテント付近に2〜3台かな。 部屋は大変綺麗。洋式。床はフローリング。...
