Firstly, it's my mistake for booking a smoking room but when I asked the next morning if I could change rooms, they said they were fully booked. Even though, Trip showed you could book non-smoking rooms at that moment. But I don't want to argue. Instead, the staff recommended the deodorizing spray which helped, alongside blasting the AC. Aside from that, I think the man I talked to was nice & trying his best.Forgetting about the smell, in this room for me, walls are just dirty. The tub looked used. The furniture looked old.
