We loved our stay in Bay Hotel Urayasu, as it's accessible and just a walking distance to the Metro Line (Urayasu Station). Coming from and to the airport, it's just a one station transfer with minimal walking involved.
The hotel is also across Seiyu, which has a 24-hour supermarket and it also has a 100-yen store at the 4th floor.
The room that we got is a Twin Room with balcony. It was very spacious and clean, beds were comfy, has a kitchen, separate bath and toilet, washer and dryer, pajamas and room slippers.
They have cooking pans in case you need to cook, but would need to buy plates and utensils as they don't provide any. Pictures provided in Agoda were accurate.
The staff are also nice and were very helpful in terms of our needs, also in giving out bus options to Tokyo Disneyland.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends, would also stay here again in our future travel.

Read moreBay hotel was easy to find and navigate to, check-in was quick when we arrived and staff was very friendly. Rooms were just big enough, and you could ask staff for anything you need for the kitchenette. They always asked if we needed new towels, and made sure we had enough toiletries. The hotel was close to the train station and a quick walk up the street from the bus that runs straight to Disney. It cost us about ¥1200 both ways. (Bus to Disney station, Disney tram to Disneyland and back). I would book this location again and definitely recommend it for the cost. The surrounding area is even pretty nice because there's lots of food, and plazas close. Great for Disney and looks just like the pictures. Only "negatives" are if you're looking to go to Shinjuku or Shibuya, you may need a closer location as it's 30-60 min train rides. Also, the dryer function in the shower is helpful but if you're on short time, clothes...
Read moreWe stayed for 6 nights in late June. Locate was perfect as it is close to the Urayasu station. There are many restaurants, the best thing was a Seiyu which was literally just across the street. There is a MU and a Seria. In the street behind there is a Daiso as well.
The room has everything that were listed on their site. They have kitchen wares so you can cook yourselves, which was what we did a few times during our stay.
We were a family of three and it was big enough for three beds. Closet was enough to fit our suitcases, and we been washing cloths daily.
The bath room's fan acts as cloth dryer so we bought some hangers from Seria to hang up our cloths to dry. The problem was that the fan was not strong enough so twice we had to walk three blocks to the wash + hokuei chometem coin laundry to dry them.
Front desk was...
