My fiancé stayed here for 5days (october2017=yeah I know this is a very late review) and I found the room to be so small for a cost of 10,000yen per night. It was just too crampy and small, I didnât expect it to be that expensive. We didnât have any choices âcause it is the only place near in my training area which is Koyo. The receptionist were trying to be helpful in some directions since we barely knew Japanese word back then. Itâs also far from any convenience store, no, breakfast inclusion, but they do have restaurant in there, but too bad when we tried to eat there for the breakfast, it was their day off. So we had to walk early in the morning and search some food. When he also tried to take a sleep then and it was their routine cleaning even though he use the door note âdo not disturbâ the cleaner said to him âgo awayâ probably because they do not know any other english word but that. It was disrespectful. The sound proof room (if it had) didnât help, we were like listening to some âpornâ stations. Like for real? I thought this is some business place to stay but it seems like a love hotel with some plain furnishings....

My stay at this hotel was underwhelming. The building itself feels quite dated, and the layout is confusing, especially at the entrance. There are no clear signs directing guests to the correct elevators for their rooms, which adds to the disorganized feel. The overall design resembles more of an expo hall than a proper hotel.
Unfortunately, the reception staff didnât come across as particularly welcoming. Thereâs a small convenience store near the front desk, but prices are steepânearly double what you'd expect, with a limited selection of items and snacks. Also, they dont Accept Credit or Debit Card. "Paypay and CASH ONLY"
The hallways had a noticeable cigarette odor, which was unpleasant. A vending machine for drinks and alcohol is located right beside the elevator on the 19th floor, which was convenient, though it didn't quite make up for the smell.
As for the room, it lacked some basic amenitiesâno complimentary water or coffee, just some green tea. The bed was comfortable enough, but the bathroom smelled musty and showed signs of aging, which impacted the overall comfort.
In terms of location, there isnât a nearby convenience store, but food delivery through Uber is...
Read moreI have stayed here for 3 days in a double bed room and found it as an old hotel with small rooms( actually there was no place to put your luggage except over the sopha) and good amenities. The breakfast was average with no cheese!! The location is outside of the city, in the industrial complex of Yokohama but you can take a train to go to Yokohama city center in about 40 minutes with spending about 5 USD...
