I stayed here after arriving at the Yonago airport and sight seeing the sakai minato shigeru road.||||I opted out for a super room which has a bunk bed + queen sized bed.||||Positive things about the hotel:||||- Really close to the Yonago station (only about 3 min of walking)||- Close to big supermarket (Aeon Max Valu store)||- Close to all the good izakaya places and restaurants ||- There is an onsen in the first floor which alternate in times for women and men; women onsen time is much more convinent; there is a password you need to press||- You can pick 5 free hotel amentities as a gift at the drawer||- You can pick your own pillow (but be aware that some pillow has smoke smell in it)||- Hotel staff members are extremly friendly, espeicially the breakfast serving lady||- Breakfast is really delicious and is more than sufficient when thinking about the price||-- Menu were Curry, Miso soup, Salads, Salmon, Eggs, Sausages, Pork dish, etc plus you can get beverages, teas, and coffee for free ||- Staff members speak basic English||- They press the elevator for you whenever you arrive at the hotel||- 10 pages of print are for free; computer use is free (computer is bit old though, windows XP)||- Room, and the lobby were really clean, especially the public bathroom in the first floor||- You can leave your luggage before check in and after check out; they will give you the tag which you need to bring to receive the luggage||- Air conditioner is really strong||||Negatives:||- Bathroom is small (just like any business hotel in Japan)||- Bathrobe they provide to you is too large and too long||- Some pillows you can rent...

One very bad experience when check in.
I arrived at about 14:45 and understood that the check in to be started at 3pm also I waited for about it
When 3pm sharp, the reception staff asked me to register check in A female staff asked for my passport, so i provided then she made a copy and returned to me. It’s fine. She found that the reservation should be two people with a child, but I’ve booked for myself as well as I saved my written conversation (email) before I came. I also shown my confirmation hard copy to them. They took the confirmation away. Then that female staff didn’t know how to manage and went to serve another guest without telling me and kept me waiting. Another female staff came and served me but took a lot of time!!!!! And very disappointed that asked me again my passport, I told i have provided and you already took a photocopy!!!! Why so messy!!!!!! I asked back for that confirmation hard copy and they don’t know where. The pointed out that female staff that she took away without giving me back!!!!
Please serve guest one by one, should not without telling and went to serve another guest. It’s really bad to ask for twice my passport and left me very bad experience that my passport information didn’t keep safe
And the staff here can’t communicate english well! Very bad experience!!!!!!! This is the worst experience with super hotel group i ever stayed!!!!

There isn't a lot going on in the city itself, but there are some surprisingly cool places in the area. Yonago is a great place to stay if you wish to visit Sakaiminato (and Kitaro street) or want to taste some great seafood. Superhotel is one of Japan's reliable if predictable chain of hotels. The location in Yonago is brand new. The rooms and hallways are especially tiny, but everything you need is there. The staff were quite friendly and provided us with maps of the area and gave us pretty good directions in English. The breakfast was fabulous. I was expecting rice balls and miso soup but instead there was baceon, eggs, fried potatos and delicious fresh baked breads and buns--still warm from the oven. The coffee vending machine is free during breakfast hours so you can sample a variety of hot and cold beverages. You can actually see the top of the hotel from Yonago station. The town itself was the most deserted looking place i've ever visited, but the scenery outside of town...
