We got room 203, with two double beds. The room was standard JP biz hotel sized, in other words small but manageable. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The room lighting was dim and the color temperature of the lighting was on the cool side.||The bathroom was classic old- style biz hotel, very compact, with the sink faucet taps serving both sink and shower wand via a valve. The sink’s faucet spigot swiveled over to fill the tub. ||Breakfast was well below average for a Route Inn. Usually, it’s a very good breakfast but not at this location.||The staff were a bit stiff, but professional.||The communal bath was small but very good.||Overall, below average. I suspect that most people carry on to Akita, only 40km farther, they pass Yurihonjo by and they just don’t get the traffic to invest...

Coffee machine, and humidifier available in all rooms. Smoking rooms also exist in the hotel. The only small detail that is a minus in all this is the fact of not having plugs...
