This this is a solid ramen shop. The customer service and staff are very friendly. I like to eat here quite often. You can get different size noodles, and there are some nice options about spice. I wouldn't say it's the spiciest noodles I've ever eaten, but certainly compared to some far less spicy noodles in town. I would definitely suggest this place. 本荘市中心部で駐車場が比較的広いラーメン屋です。 味噌ラーメンが店の人気メニューの中心になり、メニューの種類も豊富でオリジナルのラーメンもありますが、今回は背脂醤油のコテッぱを注文です。 運ばれてきたラーメンのスープは、見た目豚骨スープか味噌かと思いましたが、スープを一口飲むとあっさりしていて、まろやかで飲みやすくうまいです。細かく切った背脂が入っていて食感も良く臭みもないです。麺は細麺で柔らかめですがスープに絡み、チャーシューは薄切りで好みは別れます、味噌ラーメンは太麺も選択できます。

以前秋田市の他店舗で食べた時より、スープや麺が美味しく感じられました、グループ店でも味やスープが違うとは言え、かなりの好感触な店舗でした。スタッフの接客もとても良く、お昼時は混雑必須ですね...
