The rooms are dated and uses the traditional key to unlock. We had some issues with the key during our stay. The room is pretty small although you have a spacious balcony with a view. The hotel breakfast is not something to look forward to.

The hotel is quite far and not within walking distance from Petra. You can take a taxi to Petra Visitor Center which is around 10 minutes.

I would not advise this hotel for people with mobility issues. The hotel's layout is kind of weird. The lobby is on the 3rd floor of the main building where the restaurant and swimming pool are. However, majority of the rooms are in a second building. We had to lug our luggage over quite a distance not to mention there's only one lift per building. Checking in and out was very...

Interesting place. Very nice views in both morning and evening. During the night it is practically black.

The layout is rather confusing with floors and room numbers not being synchronized. Our room had a nice view with access to shared terrace. The beds were small but comfortable. The linen was too thick and therefore difficult to sleep under.

Our room had an extremely small bathroom with a 3’x 3’ shower which sprayed on the toilet. Not a good experience.

The location is old and the rooms are dated.

Internet is practically non existent if it works at all. The food was very bland and tasteless. The chicken was not cooked through. Desserts were just as bad.

Go for the view, don’t hold your breathe...

4stars hotel to contextualize to the territory: here we are in Jordan and in the farthest area from Amman, the capital city; it is obvious that the standards are lower. For the high season months, April/May and September/October, there are a lot of requests. The view of the canyon in which the Petra site develops is unique. Having visited it in April, I found cold and wet rooms and I had to sleep with the sweatshirt. Rooms however are spacious and quite spartan. There is also international breakfast with an abundant choice, instead dinner based on typical and more or less international dishes. Last thing: consider that the hotel is 8.9km far from the...
