🍽️ I recently had the pleasure of dining at Zhoor Al Shefa in Tla'a Al Ali, Amman, Jordan, and let me tell you, the food was absolutely delicious! 🇯🇴
🥘 Zhoor Al Shefa specializes in Middle Eastern cuisine, and they truly deliver on flavor. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and the enticing aroma of freshly prepared dishes. The menu offers a wide variety of options, ranging from traditional Jordanian dishes to mouthwatering grilled meats. 🍛
🍗 One of the standout dishes at Zhoor Al Shefa was the Mansaf. This traditional Jordanian dish consists of tender lamb cooked in a rich yogurt sauce and served with fragrant rice. The combination of flavors was simply outstanding, and the meat was incredibly tender. Every bite was a true delight. 🍚
🍽️ The menu also boasts a selection of appetizers and mezzes that are perfect for sharing. The hummus was creamy and flavorful, and the falafel was crispy on the outside and perfectly spiced on the inside. The portions were generous, ensuring that everyone at the table could enjoy a taste of the delicious variety. 👨👩👧👦
🏞️ The restaurant itself has a cozy and inviting ambiance, with comfortable seating and tasteful decorations that reflect the Middle Eastern heritage. It's a great place to relax and enjoy a meal with friends or family. The staff members were friendly and attentive, making sure that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. 🕌
🕰️ Zhoor Al Shefa is a true gem in Tla'a Al Ali, Amman. The food is incredibly delicious, and the attentive service and inviting atmosphere make it a must-visit restaurant for anyone looking to experience the flavors of Jordanian cuisine. Whether you're a local or a visitor to Jordan, this restaurant will leave you with a memorable dining experience and a deep appreciation for the culinary traditions of the region. 🇯🇴🍽️ #ZhoorAlShefa #TlaaAlAli #Amman...
Read moreOver rated.... over priced.. NOT RECOMMENDED lets see why!!!
Our order in detail: 1.Mashawi, kabab and sheesh tawouk Arayes Kobeh and cheese borak Hummus Fatoosh
Rating: 1.seating area, crowded and noisy like friday market... If wanna order from this place and only IF ... do it take away.
2.mashawi... kabab average plain flavor and fatty. Sheesh tawouk a "disaster", the worse i had ever tried ever, chicken chawing all the way no marinating at all... no taste at all... away below average, we asked Them to re-do chichen to be well done, after 30 min. Of waiting It came back burnt but still chawing and flavorless... half kilo of chicken thrown away, no one of my kids even completed one piece of chicken!!!!
3.arayes...the only eatible item at our order.. good for take away.
Kobeh and cheese rolls, average, over priced, can find better and cheaper at the same time...
Another disaster are the appetizers... humus taste is fine but over priced and serving presentation like eating regular 0.8jd hummus served at flat dish with even no garnish at all, just put a spoon of humus and thats it!!!! Even at very regular local falafel house you will find better taste and presentation - they donot humilite humus that way???!!!
... fatoosh!!! Where is the pomegranate molasses... the sumac... the fried bread.... wasted 2 jd++ for humus and 2jd++ for salad ( which its portion is very poor by the way).... if and only IF you choose to eat there donot order appetizers.
Bottom line.... NOT RE OMMENDED...first and last time to eat there... over priced and very low quality ... what a waste of money ( we paid 56jd for meal that most of it, is...

The restaurant is understaffed. We had to ask for bread, tissues, and salt. It feels as if the employees are overwhelmed. The place is uncomfortably crowded.
Another experience:
We were a group of five and we wanted to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt. The food was tasty. The experience was better than last time but they claimed that the credit card machine was broken which put us in a very awkward position. We had to ask for more bread. They were in such a rush to clear the table they removed the meat platter while we were still eating. There was no salt and upon asking we were given three small packets. There's much improvement but there's still a way to go.
My review from several months ago:
The restaurant was extremely crowded. The restaurant forces the customer to order half a kilo of kabab, no matter what, even if you're willing to pay more for other options (I simply don't like Kebab). The kebab was oily and the taste was nauseating. We were practically forced to order the kebab. The meal (Meat) didn't live up to our expectations. The poor taste and quality of the meat may suggest that the lamb either wasn't local (Baladi) or that that it was extremely large. The food in general was mediocre at best. The customer is irrelevant at this establishment. The requested drinks were not available. The experience was pretty bad. The restaurant has nothing to do with Jordanian hospitality...
