So we booked it online initially as it’s one of the only hotels with bubble experience in Petra. As we were heading closer to the holiday, the conflict between Iran and Israel started and we were worried to fly so we’re not sure if we could make it. In the end, we flew to Jordan and went to all of our original hotel destinations. As we were approaching the resort, we were not sure what to expect but driving in was such a wonderful view. Thw hotel itself is not massive but it’s beautifully laid out. Waleed, one of the owners, is very hospitable and his vast experience in the industry is very visible from the beginning. Everything in this hotel is thought through, even big hotel chains in the Dead Sea and 4* hotels in Amman did not think of these. We were greeted with a drink on arrival, our luggage was brought up to our bubble rooms, and the rooms themselves were wow. We stayed in a bubble hotel 6 years ago, but did not compare anything to how this is. The room is so spacious, so clean and luxurious. The bathroom too. There is even an nespresso machine with capsules and cute cups that create a heart once filled with coffee. There are amenities in the bathroom that again a lot of other chains did not think of, there is even new sponges, toothbrushes, nail files and cuticle apricot stick, a sewing kit, shoe shine kit, robes and slippers and not to mention cookies on arrival. Due to the tension of what had just started in the region, all areas of Jordan were quiet including this hotel. This is the biggest shame, Jordan felt very safe and especially these areas. This hotel out of all 5 hotels we have been to this holiday, this one deserves the most visitors. There is nothing to be scared of either in terms of tensions in the region. If there is one place you go to this summer, it has to be Petra Seasons Luxury Resort. Not to mention that this place has a swimming pool for you to dip into after walking all day in Petra. Another notable factor is the star gazing you can do at night whilst sitting on the terrace. As we were leaving, Waleeds hospitality continued to exceed expectations with gorgeous mementos from Petra as a gift for us. We enjoyed this visit so much and really wishes we stayed for longer than one night! Everyone that works there is exceptional, lovely and not pushy either. Again, thank you so much for a memorable stay and we hope to stay with you again on our...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Petra Seasons Luxury Resort, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Nestled just minutes away from the iconic Petra archaeological site, the resort offers the perfect blend of modern luxury and authentic Jordanian charm.

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and genuine hospitality. Check-in was smooth, and we were offered a refreshing welcome drink while our luggage was taken to the room. The room itself was spacious, elegantly decorated, and had a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. Every detail—from the plush bedding to the locally inspired artwork—was thoughtfully curated.

The resort’s amenities are top-notch. The infinity pool overlooking the desert landscape was a highlight, especially at sunset. The on-site spa offered a range of relaxing treatments that were the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Petra. The dining options were equally impressive; the restaurant served a mix of traditional Jordanian cuisine and international dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients.

What really set this resort apart was the attention to detail and personalized service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even helping us plan our excursions to Petra and Little Petra with knowledgeable guides.

One of the most memorable features of our stay was The Bubble Room—a unique, dome-style suite designed for stargazing and an immersive desert experience. It offered a perfect blend of luxury and nature, with transparent walls that allowed us to fall asleep under the stars and wake up to the warm desert sunrise.

Despite its open design, the room felt private, well-climate-controlled, and incredibly comfortable. It came with all the upscale amenities you’d expect—plush bedding, a spacious bathroom, and even a telescope for night sky viewing. It was the ideal romantic setting and a highlight of our entire trip.

If you’re looking for a luxurious retreat while visiting one of the world’s greatest wonders, Petra Seasons Luxury Resort is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it and would love to return in the...

Simply fantastic!! Must Experience!

The Petra Seasons Luxury Resort is simply fantastic. The rooms are luxurious and the service is awesome and the food is delish!. Even though this is not right next to the Petra entrance, it is still worth staying here as the place is great! It is less than 10 min drive to the Petra entrance so not too bad if you are driving. The resort also provides a shuttle there.

We stayed in the dome rooms which was a great experience. Although the domes are close to each other, we went there during off season (mid-March 2025) and the domes next to ours were empty. So, no issues with privacy. The dome rooms are luxurious and surprising large with air conditioning and heating (yes, we appreciated the heating as it got very cold when we were there - less than 4 degrees C at night!).

The attached bathroom has all the amenities one expects and with good water pressure.

There is only one restaurant in the place which was fine. The service was simply fabulous. Margie, the waitress in the restaurant, is simply fantastic. She was friendly and very helpful. She even helped us with take away breakfast as we checked out very early in the morning when the restaurant was closed.

Although from the outside the place does not look high-end, the resort is actually very clean and well maintained and I would give it at least a 4-Star. We had a great experience here.

Definitely...

The Petra Seasons Luxury Resort unfortunately does not live up to its name. The resort was almost empty during our stay – besides us, only two other domes were occupied, which made it very quiet but also a bit lifeless. The staff deserve a lot of praise: they are extremely kind, attentive, and do everything to make guests feel welcome. Breakfast was also lovely, fresh, and with a nice Arabic touch. However, the property itself has several downsides: The whole resort feels outdated. Many areas are covered in desert sand, not just from a few days but seemingly left untouched for months. The pool was technically usable, but full of algae and not really inviting. The domes look stunning from the outside and in pictures, but when staying inside you quickly notice the concept isn’t well thought out. The outer cover is removed around 6 pm and not put back at night, so with sunrise the dome becomes completely bright, and there is no way to darken the room. Sleeping in is impossible. Conclusion: The resort truly shines thanks to its wonderful staff and the unique design of the domes. But for the very high price, the value is not there. With better maintenance and more thoughtful features, it could be an amazing place. In its current state, sadly, it is not worth the cost.
