I recently stayed at Mosaic Hotel in Madaba and was blown away by the experience. The hotel is beautifully decorated with intricate mosaics that pay tribute to the rich history and culture of the area. The attention to detail is impressive, and it's clear that the owners take great pride in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for their guests.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary bottled water and coffee in the room.

The staff at Mosaic Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that guests had a great experience. They were happy to provide recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and even arranged for a driver to take me to some of the nearby sights.

The breakfast at Mosaic Hotel was another highlight of my stay. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, including traditional Jordanian fare, fresh fruit, and pastries. Everything was beautifully presented, and I appreciated the attention to detail that went into creating such a lovely spread.

Overall, I would highly recommend Mosaic Hotel to anyone visiting Madaba. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, luxury, and cultural authenticity, and the staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful I've encountered. I can't...

This was my first hotel in the Kingdom of Jordan. It was about 30 minutes from the airport by car. We arrived at almost 01:00 in the morning because of our flight and surprisingly someone was still there. I highly recommend you to stay here when you visit Madaba. It is a simple hotel but offers outstanding hospitality.

Pros Great value for money. 104 JOD for 2 rooms, 3 adults and 1 kid including tax and breakfast. The room and bathroom are spacious. The bed and pillows are comfortable. A welcome drink is available in your room. The hot water works perfectly. The bathroom amenities are quite complete with shampoo, bath gel, and soap. There is a water heater, a safety box, a TV, and an AC. European charger plug in the room. We are happy :))) One man was still there when we just arrived. He spoke English and welcomed us kindly. Free parking next to the hotel. The hotel is big, clean, tidy, and has great decorations. Breakfast is perfect. There is bread with some choices of filings. The location is excellent. Shopping mall is in front of it. The exchange money and city center are just in walking distance. Many restaurants and cafes are nearby. You just...

Mosaic Hotel in Madaba, Jordan is a 4-star hotel that offers comfortable and modern accommodations.

The parking is located after the hotel and it can get very busy to enter the street. What I did was to park the car in front of the hotel and ask the staff to open the backdoor so we didn't have to go all the way around again to the entrance.

The hotel features a restaurant area where you can have breakfast in the morning, a bar, wich we loved since we were able to try a very cold beer "Petra" highly recommend if you are a light beers lover and terrace, as well as an outdoor pool for guests to enjoy. We didn't have enough time to look for everything that the hotel has to offer but I guess that by visiting the bar you can have an idea of the hotel.

The rooms are equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning and private bathrooms.

We had positive experiences at Mosaic Hotel, we praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location in the heart of Madaba.

However, I could say that the hotel could benefit from some upgrades and renovations in some areas.

Overall, I would love to return and spend a couple...

This was a good over night stop on the way to Petra. Rooms were a good size, the basics are there, and the food was quite good for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issues were: 1) the parking lot along the side wasn't intuitive when we were looking for it. There's even a side entrance we found out about only when we were leaving. 2) There's an odd industrial or maybe gasoline like smell sometimes in the hallway or near the elevator. Also of note the city doesn't seem to have that much to see, the Western Union was within walking distance, but they didn't open at the listed times (but still opened later on).

The building is nice, the rooma are fairly spacious and relativly clean. Breakfast was addequate, but not great. Small selection. Several little but important things missing (in room safes, iron (not in room or available at font desk- I asked), a water bottle or two in the room every day would have been nice and consistent with other places in Jordan, had to pay extra for a slightly later checkout, room had nice balcony but no furniture or anywhere to sit on said balcony. It felt like with just a little extra effort and investment this could be a really nice hotel.
